Cons:
Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. The line to wait at the counter was longer than the flight to Orange County was!4.0 Mediocre

The quality of the vehicle. Given a vehicle with a big dent in the door. Purchased the package that I could choose my own vehicle only to find out I needed to pay an upgrade for a mustang if I wanted. I will not use the choose your vehicle option because I did not get to choose .Budget
