Nothing Went there for the pool for the kids. Was closed. They never offered to call when it opened
Easy modern clean Parking is tight
I didn't like the heater in the room was very noisy and the chair in the room was dirty
Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel was a little worn down, bed pillows were terrible. There was a lot of noise from a group of people yelling and partying in the hallway late at night and we also were in the room next to an unruly individual and ended up with hotel security coming up to defuse the situation. Please see email that I previously sent this morning. We would never use this hotel again.
Can only say perfect
Good staff, clean comfortable updated rooms.
fitness room comfy king bed shower good pool area - dingy
Hilton Honors floor. Restaurant was good. I didn't have the buffet like most guests. The kitchen made me a custom omlet and did a good job.
Beautiful Atrium. friendly staff. Noisy. High parking rates. Unappealing pool-not that clean Overpriced food.
Pool was overrun with 15 kids at a birthday party
Professional and friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed! Overall hotel is magnificent. Free coffee and tea is served next to elevators in every morning. We've also enjoyed pool and spa. Free breakfast would be nice.
self parking i s $12 per night. what a rip-off the hotel does nothing for it. there is no security in the parking lot.
Comfortable beds, well-located if you have a car. Beautiful indoor garden. Very noisy - you can hear everything in surrounding rooms. Unfriendly and unaccommodating front desk staff. What seems like an oppressed cleaning staff. High parking rates just to park at the hotel. Extra charge for high speed internet. Unappealing pool and gym. Overpriced food. No flexibility for later check-out.
Coffee service in the morning (much better than those little in-room coffee pots) Very polite, helpful staff, especially the chambermaids Convenience for our purpose Great value through Kayak Check out at 12 (instead of 11) Gym was a bit small (therefore crowded) Atrium was under construction which was okay but a little unsightly Big hallway leading from parking lot is just plain ugly
Breakfast was wonderful. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Cost for water and self parking. Rooms not as pictured online.
The staff was amazing. You couldn't ask for better service and friendliness.I really enjoyed my visit.I The cleanliness of the Hyatt I felt could of been better. Our room was dusty when we arrived, which surprised me.Cleaning supplies were left in bathroom, and 1 small bar of soap was left for the two of us.It wasn't terrible just surprising because of the friendliness and excellent service.I wasn't going to comment because everything else was wonderful but. since I received the survey I deceided I would.Thank you again.
Customer service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and positive. Your shuttle drivers couldn't have been nicer. We were in Greenwich for a funeral, without a car. Your Shuttle service was one of the main reasons we chose the Hyatt. Faith
The rooms excellent I liked everything
Atrium is a nice look and close to highway I can understand a valet parking fee, although excessive at $25, but a $12 park yourself fee at a hotel not in a downtown area with a huge parking lot is not nice.
Walls are paper thin and guests like to scream in the hallways and all common areas
It was simply a stop over on a longer driving trip. Satisfactory, but not great. Not well maintained--looked very tired and in need of better maintenance.
The room and the entire building were amazing. Super friendly staff. Great prices and atmosphere. Will be going back again.
All of the staff were very acomidating, and nice. The hotel was clean, new, convenient, and perfect for a health conscious person. The gym and in room supplies were perfect if you were away from your home gym Everything was great
Ease off comford No
The room was so clean and the king bed was so soft. The shower was nice, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I wish there was a bathtub.
location, morning coffee and paper. Free WIFI Quick snack to go. Stale or not available.
Excellent mattresses Severe minimalist decor. Not a place for families with kids.
I bought this hotel in general was very nice. Everyone was friendly, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The design was great. Wifi worked, TV choice was good, free flavored waters were a nice touch, and outside and inside lobby seating areas were nice. I prioritize coffee and comfort over exercise. The lack of free coffee in the morning was a bummer. I almost died when they told me how much the coffee was. My wife ran down the street to McDonald's to grab 3 more for my family. The food offerings were gimmicky healthy and expensive. Ie kale chips. While staying fit is nice, the room was definitely geared towards working out. If you also like comfy reading chairs, those were removed so you had more exercise space. as I said, liked the hotel but if you aren't an exercise freak than maybe these small things will also annoy you.
I was cut off mid-sentence (once we had been in dialogue about where to get food) by a front desk staffer because another guest (from a wedding party) came after from a conference room with a problem. I thought it was rude and I felt like the wedding party guests were held as a higher priority.
Nice looking rooms, exactly what I needed. Great price. Coffee machine was broken. Ants in cupboards.
Beds They room keys
Parking is confusing
Compliments to Thedia at the front desk. Very kind and welcoming.
The experience was invisible, just the way I like it. I didn't have to "deal with" anything. Everything was taken care of. Breakfast buffet was a little bit of a rip-off. After saying "yes" to coffee, anything ordered other than the buffet seemed not worth it. Buffet items listed on the menu were not available once you commit to the buffet (smoked salmon, bacon).
The food was great , and the hot water was good No Ac , didn't work well at all . The tub drain was very slow I stood in water while I showered . Beds were a bit to lumpy , hard. Didn't sleep well in the room at all , to warm 73 % .
Everything was good but to pay parking wen you are staying there i never pay parking staying in the hotel my first time Did not know if i did not walk in the room in white socks how dirty was gest it better hard wood floor to clean o shampoo de rooms because vacuum it not only for cleaning at lest one every 6 month thad just me
Pay for parking Not enough parking Pool closed for private event Overcharged and had to get refund (still working) No microwave or fridge in room. Had to get access to club room
Clean, Comfortable rooms , comfortable beds Not within walking distance to the downtown area.
never got to check in...arrived sunday instead of sat.
Nice atmosphere, pool is good, friendly staff The high amenities fee, the noise of the local train, room was old.
It has a grand entrance/lobby and overall is a nice hotel. The bed was super comfy, the garage was well lit and felt safe, and the view was amazing (9th floor with city/water view). Bathroom was nothing spectacular, but felt clean. There was old gum on the carpet in front of the bathroom door and next to the bed, ew. The pool area was super depressing, didn't use it once because of that (stayed 5 nights), needs a complete remodel. There's an additional charge for parking and WI-FI.
Like the pool , lobby and room the view. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. No fridge in room. Wasn't able to charge any of our phone.
I want to commend Gary, one of the van drivers for helping me with directions, he seemed to know what I needed before I did. Thoughful and considerate
Loved our room. Wish we could always request the same room. Husband has limitations on walking long distance. The woman at check in was most accomdating. We were close to the elevator. Kudos.
convenience big place
The waitress at breakfast was extremely accomodating and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was a very sparse continental style. We had stayed there several years ago and the breakfast buffet was far better; a full buffet.
Room was comfortable. Being charged for parking at the hotel's own parking lot. A not so subtle tactic for padding charges for the room. Reminds me of the tactics of cellular companies that dream up an assortment of additional charges to the stated price of service.
Quiet and comfortable room for 2 adults and 2 children. Good breakfast at hotel restaurant. Noisy atrium on weekend even late into the night. Out-dated pool area.
It was noisy. Rolling cleaners and guest luggage in the hallways. Our key did not work and the engineer had to come. he was nice.
Centrally located for our purpose; nice lobby area for meeting/conversation; helpful staff, convenient, moderately-priced parking; clean, well-appointed rooms No complaints
The stay could be overall satisfactory. I love the location and the hotel looks great! A lady wakes me up early in the morning, while clearly I turned the do not disturb key on. And by 9 am it was impossible to continue to sleep because someboddy was shouting loudly spanish songs while cleaning the room next door. These are what ruined the stay for me.
the comfort of the beds. housekeeping was not good.
Staff were super helpful and courteous. Price was way less than half of what it would have cost us in NYC. Train to NYC was 45 minutes and hotel has free shuttle to train station. Bathroom door was very squeaky but they fixed it quickly and were genuinely concerned with guest comfort. Sound proofing between rooms not super great but still overall very good experience.
Breakfast wasn't included
It was a decently priced room close to the city, the hotel looked really fancy. The whole experience was weird, you have to pay to park in a parking garage that's attached to two hotels, the lobby is huge and inconvenient. One of the staff was really rude to my wife when she asked for some silverware, and for some strange reason they held an additional $30 for an accommodation fee which we were never told about. It's not a really big deal but the room didn't have a fridge which was a little annoying.
We stayed there for it's location. The price was good too. The King Size bed was comfortable. The room was small and there was no elevator to the second floor. There was no ice machine on the second floor.
Reasonable rates. Stink from smoke in the rooms.
I like the fact that it’s one of a kind and not part of a chain. Pool area needs up-grading of outdoor furniture and general up keep of the pool area was poor needs some sprucing up.
Rooms on the small side but cozy. Nice bar and bartender was very good. Good menu in restaurant. The breakfast buffet was varied but the food in the hot section was never hot, perhaps lukewarm. Also for tea drinkers it would be nice to have more variety than just Lipton regular and decaf. Didn't realize the hotel had no elevator until I arrived and found I was on the second floor, inconvenient for business travelers with extra baggage. Make sure you specify if that is a problem.
Comforatble room and convenient to I-95 The carpet and furnishings in the public areas could be revewed.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were a bit..lumpy.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great.
sono(S Norwalk) picture on line shows hotel overlooking water. Maybe ten miles away. Also I still have issues with your co. regarding the price originally contracted for and having my credit card co dispute charges.
Closely located to my meeting sight. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. No elevator, though not a big problem
Spacious room. The room numbering made little sense, and was haphazard.
staff 2 fire alarms in middle of night
helpful staff, great breakfast, convenient location to our son's new apartment..easy to find off the highway. Our son recommended this hotel as our first night at another hotel was awful! there was a swim meet somewhere in Norwalk Conn. so many families stayed at the Hilton. Parents left their children unattended in the evening as the kids ran thru the hallways making noise and slamming doors till after midnight. Repeated calls to the front desk made little difference. there wasn't much they could do. Also, a small fire in the kitchen Monday morning at 8 am ..we had to get out of the hotel and stand outside for half an hour. We were on the second floor.. the stairs were hard to find, there were no signs in the halls...good thing there was no smoke in the hallways

My favorite part about the hotel was the balcony. Not the best view but it was nice to step out there early morning!! No
No free breakfast or free coffee or tea like other Marriott hotels
The manager took the time to write a personal welcome note to us.
Staff was awesome. Location. Nothing fun to do near by.
The food serving area was below par.the service was counter service, the prices were too high and the food was indifferent
Convient location, clean and attractive. Good parking available. Our room was a long walk from the elevator and my husband was not well.
Staff was very friendly and let us do a late checkout. There was barely any parking for the hotel. Caused a big inconvenience because parking is limited. Wish we knew that before we got there.
Hotel Zero Degrees has a great location, helpful, friendly, and professional staff, deliciois breakfast, and clean, modern rooms. It seems to be a well cared for, updated building with nice decor. As others have mentioned, the walls here are quite thin. Staying here on Valentine's Day presented a symphony of noise through the walls on all sides. Also, like many hotels, the heat/AC left me bone dry by morning.
nice decor, good location No window on room, only one soap bar, uncomfortable bed and pillow, YMCA exercise music at 6AM, difficult parking lot
Close to downtown Small room.
They were friendly the rooms were clean and we weren't bothered all weekend They had one small elevator for the entire hotel and it was unbearably slow. Then if you went to take the stairs they were filthy.
Party Central. Music playing all night. Apparently unsupervised children in the room next to me, while the parents hit the bars. The room itself was average, sort of a mix of honeymoon suite and no-tell motel vibe. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, and the shower (sized for two, no tub, low water pressure) had an awkward layout. The website makes no mention of fact that parking is available or how to access it. By the time I got to the desk and learned that there was parking, I had already paid to do so at the public garage next door. When I turned in my key, the desk clerk ask how my stay was. "Fair". "Oh, that's great!"
Cozy stay. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops. The breakfast wasn't so great. I really dislike fake eggs.
The room was very nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The room service and food was great.
This hotel does a nice job with a very tired building. Great lobby, beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly The building is a bit long in the tooth. Peeling wall paper in the hallways, floors that are not level, etc, etc.
the staff were very helpful and gave more than was asked for, they went above and beyond. The location was perfect for me, easy on/off 95 and I had to travel north in the morning (against traffic) and south in the evening (also against traffic) a little instruction on where to find things would be great, such as the buttons needed to work the lights and shades
Bar/restaurant. Outstanding sushi Cold water in room, hot water heater was broken for the whole hotel. Staff acknowledged but would not refund.
proximity to Greenwich My room was not ready in late afternoon when I arrived to check in. I had to wait in the lobby. The 'continental breakfast' is not more than coffee, dry cereal, and a dry roll. I was very disappointed.
The staff was outstanding. I received a warm welcome when I arrived and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my stay. The room had amazing features with the latest and greatest technology as well.
The toilet was AMAZING! I also enjoyed the staff, very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The bar was also a nice touch. The free shuttle was also a plus, I will be staying their again in the near future. I loved everything!
Cool, very chic place with lots of gadgets in room. Need a user guide to figure out the toilet. Good outdoor pool. Free wifi. I booked a king, the staff lied at my checkin which is unacceptable, ended with what they said was two Queens, they were tiny twins. Restaurant way overpriced.
I loved the high-technics of the hotel. Very modern. Beautiful art through the hotel. The food and bar was a bit pricey.
The cool vibe, high tech reputation (if not execution), great food in restaurant and bar My phone did not work in my ground floor room, and since they said the hotel was full they would not change it.
I received a patio room, which is much nicer (and quieter) than the 'motel' courtyard room, which should be avoided at all costs. This was the first room I recieved with a bath and a separate shower. This was my 3rd trip to this property. On each visit, one of the evenings I ate at the hotel restaurant. The quality of the meals has not been as expected, nor commensurate with the price. Minor nit, housekeeping did not replace toiletries during my stay.
Small, comfortable with a nice restaurant/bar. Friendly staff. Other nearby alternative (Hyatt Regency) is a 'big' hotel. This was our third time here and we like it. Only negative: a little TOO modern. Toilet opens when you step in the shower. No hooks in bathroom (maybe one). Wife had to turn waste can upside down in shower to shave legs.
New, modern look. Privacy on the deck area. Bed was great.
Cheap and easy Recently renovated Bathrooms could have been cleaner Rooms are overpowering with scented potpourri
Theroom was very old and the hot tub sat st the side in poor taste. Seemed very dirty.
It was ok. Clean and cheaper. Just had a problem with one of my credit card. Really don't know why.
Large room with everything that you would expect. I was there on a Saturday night and it was very quiet. I had a bottom floor room, and in the morning I could hear a lot of walking around upstairs.
The room was very clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and in a great location. Staff was friendly! Shower was loud. It sounded like a lawn mower in the tub. It did quiet down after few minutes. Wifi was spotty.
I could open my window The bed was extremely old and hard, there was no ice machine, the vending machine was out of order. The breakfast supplies were not restocked. The worst part, when I showed up to book a room, they tried to charge me $160, I told them it was cheaper online and showed them. They MADE me book my reservation online so I could check in. So that took forever because I couldn't utilize the wifi (no code yet) and the cell signal was poor. What should have been a ten minute check in, took almost a half an hour. I have to stay in that area twice a month, I will be staying at the Marriott after this, the pricing is about the same, and the amenities and service are so much better.
We stayed for only one evening but we were quite pleased. The hotel is lovely and located on the harbor with gorgeous views. It is also conveniently close to the train station which we took to and from Manhattan. The shops of Greenwich are also within walking distance and this provides a nice option. The shops are upscale and unique. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. Champagne is provided upon arrival and there was a continental breakfast provided. The staff was kind and not intrusive. Awesome place! You won't be disappointed. No pool and nothing for kids to do.
The front desk staff exceptionally professional .

Staff was great! Very close to the highway, a lot of road noise
It is beautiful and the room is huge with a big fireplace. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful!
Beautiful unexpected get away. The room was the size of an apartment with very nice bathroom. Unfortunately our windows looked at I95 so we had to listen to the sounds of the highway all night.
Great place to stay, great rooms, 6.5 miles or so from Fairfield U. 3 miles from downtown Fairfield, right off highway. This is a very clean hotel, 5 months old, rooms are very large.
Wine glasses, modern room, cleanliness and the robes. No

Hotel located within walking distance to mall, restaurants and move theatres. Comfortable room with king size bed.
great location for Yankees game and Bronx Zoo. Location is great for restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and friendly.
I have stayed at this Marriott many times before and always find the staff to be very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. We ate at Northern Lights and the waitress was delightful and the food delicious. I love the shuttle service to the train station as well.
Pulled in late, got a room cheap, and was not disappointed.
Had a bad experience with hotel from the very beginning. Waited an hour to be picked up at the train station. If it had been earlier and if I had known my way around, I would have walked it. The room looked very comfortable and beautiful. However, the sheets were stained and towels were old looking. The neighbors across the way were noisy. The icing on the cake was the bed bug; not 'bedbug' just a regular bug on the bed. Not a roach either. Not sure what kind of bug.
I thought this was a beautiful property. ..but little did I know it gaf bed bugs! I started to notice bites maybe 2 days after I left there. I cant prove I got them there but come on.... coincidence? Hmmmmm. Oh and when u called the front office manager she rushed me off the phone. Smh.
I stayed at th Stamford Marriott with some friends for a short getaway. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, we had a beautiful newly renovated room with a huge flat screen TV. We had the option to have a spa treatment or take a yoga class both on the property. This property is also in a great location, 2 blocks from the train to go to NYC, lots of restaurants, night life and shopping within minutes of the hotel. The only issue that I had was my internet in the room was a bit slow. Overall, I would recommend the Stamford Marriott.
12 dollars extra to park. whats next a luggage charge?
The room was small and had a stale odor. I was disgusted with the bathroom because of the stain and hair on the floor. It was also ridiculous to pay so much for your stay and still have to pay for parking.
Nice property situated near Stamford Town Center mall. Lots of local night spots, close to the train and I95. Convenient for work locally, going to the city or even a Yankees game.
Hotel was what was expected and it was in a decent location.
They might want to in clude the parking fee in the price. Afterall Stanford isn't New York City.
