Cons: Beds were super uncomfortable and didn't have a sign to inform housekeeping not to come in, not fun to wake up to.

Cons: The elevator was filthy, had a guy smoking in it, the hallways littered with cigarette butts and the floor in our room dirty. Our room was invaded by bugs that night and the pool was covered with bugs as well. When I complained, the desk clerk said "we can't control what people do and Palm Springs is experiencing a bug infestation" ...really?! You didn't think to tell me that when I checked in and took my money! If you can't control what people do, then clean up after them and clean the pool. No excuses, I didn't pay for a dirty, bug infested motel room!

Cons: As a repeat customer, I've noticed they don't mop the floors. Both my sock and soles of my feet were dirty very quickly.

Great venue for weddings, family reunion, parties and bossiness meetings.

Cons: it is in well known gay area of Palm Springs. To have it converted to a "straight" resort is a slap in the face. And to be notified upon checking in was a total disappointment. If we could get a refund we would of and left. The staff was 100% accommodating, no complaints with them.
