Pros:nothing, the price was not honored and the insurance was forced upon you with no choice..Cons:everything could of being better.. they don't honor the rate that is booked on the website and when you fight for your rights they force you to take an insurance that is four times the cost of the rental.. they make up their own rules as it goes along.. Cons:The entire experience was poor. It appears the rental car companies at SDQ airport collude to push insurance sales and rentals that are 3x the price secured through the KAYAK site. It was completely disappointing.Reviewed Jan 29 2019

Once we got there, we were charged $400 more for taxes and fees.Pros:Nothing.Cons:We were charged more than double what we were quoted, the car had major transmission problems, and the employees were NOT helpful.Reviewed Jan 1 2018

The car we received was older and kinda of beat up, also we over chargPros:Unfortunately there was not much to likeCons:As aforementioned, we were charged significantly more the are reservation rate we were falsely told that he had to take 3 additional insurances , even though we were covered by our insurance company, and again by the credit card we used. We ended up turning the car in a week early and renting from Avis whom provided a much newer car, and did not mandate insurance that doubled the price.Reviewed Nov 28 2017

This is a scam, check BBB postings on Twitter firstPros:First they made me cancel the insurance that Kayak sold me and then sold their own. They charged full amount, and a sizeable hold, and get this - they didn't have any cars, and asked me to wait an hour after taking more than 30 minutes for the paperwork.Cons:I asked them to cancel and it took longer than the rental period to get the money backReviewed Nov 24 2017

Price doubled when our flight was delayedCons:We arrived a day late because our flight was cancelled and called Payless to tell them. Since we would be taking the car for 6 days instead of 7, the agent informed us the rate would double! we ended up finding another car with another company, but not nearly as good a deal as our Payless reservation because we had to book at the last minute.Reviewed Dec 26 2016
