Cons:
I made a reservation to pick up at the Enterprise at 99 H Street which is inside of Union Station. When I arrived, the location was closed. I had to have a car service take me to the airport which was a $20 charge, and an hour and a half of my time that I needed for travel. If the location is closed, I’m confused as to why I could even make a reservation in the first place. This was extremely disappointing!8.0 Very good

Cons:
The hours of my pick up were terrible. I literally arrived at the hertz location at 6:20 and the office was closed. There was no arrangement to have a car for me. No one called me to tell me they were closing. Total inconvenience, totally amateur!! I ended up paying for an Uber to get to the airport. The Hertz women was very kind and helped me out.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Staff is super friendly and easy,. Even though a small operation, kiosk in a hotel, it’s a nice touch to post his number on the counter while down dealing with other customers in the garage. I was able to call him and knowing someone is coming.Cons:
The location did not have the class of car I reserved, ended up I have to pay to upgrade, this is not good for hertz the company, I will think twice when I reserve from hertz.10.0 Wonderful
