I wasn’t even able to get a car even though I had a reservation! Your marajuana-smell filled establishment said I had to wait possibly 3 hours to even get a car!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I will NEVER rent a car from enterprise again and will tell everyone I know in DC to stay away. *literally people rolling drugs in the waiting area!!!!!
