Pros: We stayed for only one evening but we were quite pleased. The hotel is lovely and located on the harbor with gorgeous views. It is also conveniently close to the train station which we took to and from Manhattan. The shops of Greenwich are also within walking distance and this provides a nice option. The shops are upscale and unique. I would recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. Champagne is provided upon arrival and there was a continental breakfast provided. The staff was kind and not intrusive. Awesome place! You won't be disappointed.

Cons: All goodj
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: My experience at the J House is what I would expect from a 3 star chain hotel. There is no attention to detail, and no attempt to make your stay more memorable. Save your money and stay at the Hyatt, at least they have a in indoor pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are very high tech and hotel feels new and clean.

Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very chic, clean and high-tech hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very modern and the staff members are extremely welcoming and accommodating. They have a great swimming pool, exercise gym and only a few minutes drive away from central Greenwich. The restaurant served amazing dishes and drinks.
Cons: We initially got a room with a view...of a parking lot. Thankfully, the staff allowed us to switch rooms to the second floor which was better and more private. It made no sense that the balcony was not accessible, which I think the hotel should change.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very updated- tech savvy. The staff went out of their way. We arrived 15 minutes before the restaurant closed and they put our food orders in immediately and brought dinner to our rooms (10:30 at night). A great experience.
Cons: Not at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small, comfortable with a nice restaurant/bar. Friendly staff. Other nearby alternative (Hyatt Regency) is a "big" hotel. This was our third time here and we like it.
Cons: Only negative: a little TOO modern. Toilet opens when you step in the shower. No hooks in bathroom (maybe one). Wife had to turn waste can upside down in shower to shave legs.

8.2 Excellent
Pros: This Ina very pretty location high above the Hudson River, it looks like a castle, from the outside, but the interior has a variety of decor. We had a deluxe King and it was large and very comfortable. We had our anniversary dinner at Equus, the in house restaurant, excellent food and service.
Cons: Unfortunately for us they were having issues with their fire alarm, it went off 3 times while we were there, not happy being woke up at 7:30 by sirens and flashing lights, evacuated for 20 minutes and nothing was said by mgmt, we showered and checked out soon after, this ruined our relaxing anniversary weekend.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable.
Cons: When we drove up no one was there to meet us. We weren't informed the restaurant was closed for a private event. Service was not good. Requested late checkout and they never got back to me.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like that it was tucked away from the highway and from any busy streets. The ambiance was very professional; very nice decor; generous sized rooms and very bright lights in the bathroom.
Cons: Would have been nice to have free wifi.
8.5 Excellent
Cons: Stay was great, but check in process was awful. 2 staff members were helping a couple that needed some more assistance, but it tied up the whole front desk. My fiance and I were in a hurry, and we waited 5+ minutes to check in. Another guest behind me was also making comments about the wait. I hope there is a quicker and more efficient way to check in, in the future. Otherwise, if the whole front desk staff is tied up helping a customer, hopefully they can give the other customers an explanation of the delay.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The area is beautiful, the hotel is massive and very clean.
Cons: I didn't stay long enough. Checked in at 1am, checked out 10am the next morning.
7.7 Good
Cons: The user interface for getting connected to the WiFi was the worst i have experienced compared to the many other hotels at which I've stayed. I walked my device down to the front desk twice to get help where the gentlemen who attempted to help were unsuccessful. I don't know if the server was experiencing because eventually (an hour later) the connection was made, but i needed the connection quickly. I needed to resort to using the computers in the lobby.
7.7 Good
Pros: Updated and easy to get to
Cons: Had to pay for wifi- and had a big bug in the shower

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Above average facilities.
Cons: This hotel is steps from Stamford which is a less than ideal location. The parking spaces are very small.
6.2 Good
Cons: Rooms are shabby
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing customer service, great amenities and good location for a night in proximity to but not in NY!!!! Cute little town with great riverside restaurants and some local historical sights.
7.1 Good
Pros: The crispy clean sheets
Cons: The hallways were dusty dirty
7.4 Good
Pros: The bed, bedding and the room all comfortable. Check out was easy and fast. I love the fact that you can check out of the room through the television system and drop your key in the box on the way out.
Cons: The entire lobby was like ice the entire time. Wait staff in the bar/atrium were flat, limited engagement and robot-like. Pretzels and salad were quite costly at the bar/atrium. Tables in the lobby were uneven and not always wiped down.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful Atrium. friendly staff.
Cons: Noisy. High parking rates. Unappealing pool-not that clean Overpriced food.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice building. Good rooms. Clean. Helpful staff
Cons: The restaurant menue
5.7 Okay
Pros: Comfortable beds, well-located if you have a car. Beautiful indoor garden.
Cons: Very noisy - you can hear everything in surrounding rooms. Unfriendly and unaccommodating front desk staff. What seems like an oppressed cleaning staff. High parking rates just to park at the hotel. Extra charge for high speed internet. Unappealing pool and gym. Overpriced food. No flexibility for later check-out.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Pool was overrun with 15 kids at a birthday party
6.0 Good
Pros: The quiet at night time was appreciated. Check in has improved.
Cons: The parking is atrocious. Because of events, it was almost impossible to even find a bad parking space. We resorted to valet. Cocktails at the bar could be (and should be) much better.
6.0 Good
Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable, though somewhat dated.
Cons: I did not like having to pay $12 to park in a lot behind the hotel. I'm accustomed to paying for parking in a city environment where parking is at a premium, but this is a suburban environment. Charging for parking seems ridiculous. Also, there is only one elevator bank and our room was at the opposite end of the hotel, causing for a very long walk and we happened to have a lot of stuff with us. They desperately need a second elevator bank.
7.1 Good
Pros: Atrium is a nice look and close to highway
Cons: I can understand a valet parking fee, although excessive at $25, but a $12 park yourself fee at a hotel not in a downtown area with a huge parking lot is not nice.

8.6 Excellent
Pros: Not so many people there and it is very quiet place to relax and peace. so we came at the right time!;)
Cons: One mattresses is very soft and floppy which makes my back hurt. Plse check the matrress... Also needs a bigger table instead of square table so can put some food on instead on the dresser...
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice rooms, although a little on the small side. Great location while visiting Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Elmsford, etc. Cooper Mill restaurant is comfortable with good food and provides the room service. Did not make use of the spa, but it looked nice. Excellent service at the front desk. Very accommodating of any request.
Cons: Evenings when there are company parties and weddings in the ballroom, parking can be a problem. The ballroom can handle very large groups. There is plenty of parking available but it can be a long hike to carry your luggage. We experienced this twice during our four night stay. Coffee service in the lobby is Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday only, and then coffee is not served until well after 7:00 am. Do not plan on coffee service from the lobby.
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds where comfortable, good water pressure and got water. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Not happy that we had chipping ceiling paint over the bed. Don't be fooled when your told you have a room with a view of the pool. It was noisy, could bot open the windows for fresh light because of pool was right there, and random people walked up to the glass sliding doors to sit in chairs directly in form of our room.

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great staff - very friendly and helpful. Food was great! They provided a shuttle service to my work every morning while I was there.
Cons: The hallway carpet was obviously on their list of what to replace next, otherwise everything was top-notch. Had a lot of problems with the internet. Very spotty.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was easily accessible from all major roads. The property itself is well-maintained and very clean. In the staff is very friendly and helpful too. After a very long day of touring New York City this hotel was a welcomed stay for weary travelers. The Bistro Cafe located in their Lobby is an excellent choice for breakfast.
Cons: We ventured out into the neighborhood our first day for breakfast, and we were very disappointed with the food locally. We should have stayed on premises to eat at The Bistro Cafe both mornings.

5.7 Okay
Pros: Paper thin walls. You hear EVERYTHING including The opening and closing of the extremely loud bathroom doors. the DJs in the downstairs club may as well have been in my bedroom. But at least I had a lovely view of the cemetery

Pros: I really love how professional and friendly the staff is. Everyone greets you with a smile... The room was extremely trendy and the beds were so comfortable... The bathroom was very contemporary and towels were extra soft .. You get a pair of new slippers and a nice robe.. There was a keurig coffee maker and a glass refrigerator.. The pool was nice, clean and warm .. I would definitely stay here again and again..
Cons: No trash can in the room. Restaurant doesn't have a great dinner menu
6.0 Good
Pros: Looked like it might be nice..
Cons: We specifically chose the place so we could relax in the hot tub/jacuzzi. It wasn't working and in fact that and other things were still under construction. One elevator didn't work. Restaurant seemed way too expensive. Feel like we got ripped off.
