10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything about this hotel! Staff is great, location is fantastic, amenities are super, including the cookies at night.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff takes excellent care of the guests. Breakfast, wine and cheese, fresh baked cookies, fruit, coffee and tea service were all wonderful additions to the great stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, in the heart of the town of Tiburón, and right next door to the ferry to Angel Island. The evening wine service was delightful, Randy especially enjoyable to sit out out on their deck to relax and enjoy the views of SF bay. Warm chocolate chip cookies at night were a treat, especially with coffee. Included breakfast delivered to your room was very nice.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Complimentary wine, cookies, and breakfast. Close proximity to angel island ferry and quality restaurants.
Cons: Some room furnishings and linens were a bit worn.
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very friendly. The rooms however were very small and the balcony could barely fit one person. We couldn't see much water and really just saw (and heard) the restaurant next door.
Cons: better description of the rooms and the balconies and the proximity to the water so there was a clearer expectation on what the experience would be like
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Love the views from the patio, the location close to Angel Island & the town, complementary breakfast, complementary wine and cheese, coziness of the room and friendly hotel staff! Will definitely be back!!
Cons: Half of the deck was under construction, but I think it’ll be completed soon.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very filling and good quality. The hospitality of the staff, especially the free wine in the evening, was a great asset. All hotels should do this. But so few do.
Cons: The terrace was being ripped up, and the view of the city from it is one of the main selling points of the hotel. If I was fussy I could say that the morning tea was served with a cork lid which made the tea stink of coffee (95% of times the lid would be used would be for coffee). Also tea has to be brewed near boiling and the hot water will have cooled substantially before it arrived at our room and we got the chance to put a teabag in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast and wine /cheese happy hour. Rooms and location to great restaurants and local shops, etc . Overall perfect place for couples or solo travelers to enjoy the Sf Bay, access to ferry, and beautiful location.
Cons: Not applicable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Large deck facing bay and San Francisco. Lovely staff. Cheese and wine at 5 and cookies at 8. They deliver your continental breakfast.
Cons: Room way too small. Couldn’t sit on loveseat as it was uncomfortable. No choice but to watch tv in bed which we never do. Had hoped loveseat would face tv but it didn’t. No place to layout cosmetics in bathroom as counter was so small, they did have space behind the tub but not conveniently located. Tub was small and oval so it felt unsafe trying to get into shower. No handholds or anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We totally love this hotel!! we are locals and have a very busy tour company ourselves so we like to come there and get some R&R ourselves. the view of the bay is to die for on the back deck. we LOVE Tom at the front desk. He took such a great care of us. Thank you!!! You will see us again!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were upgraded to the best of this hotels small number of rooms - great view of SF and Bay. Terrific breakfast, ordered the night before, fought to room.
Cons: Nothing we didnt like. Only problem is that in the future is little chance we'll luck into such a great room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Staff was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast, coffee, water and bikes. An excellent getaway. Very quiet and lovely wine/cheese hour each day from 5-6:30 PM. Perfect Anniversary hotel.

7.0 Good
Pros: The rooms are large and clean.
Cons: The WiFi worked one day and not the second day. Also, the heat/AC were impossible to get to a comfortable level, either freezing or extremely hot. Finally, the first night the TV would not change channels, the second night they fixed that but then the volume was stuck and couldn’t be adjusted.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wine glasses(glass)..spacious room...great bed...nice vibe...will return!
Cons: Some outlets in room didn't work...TV had no signal. Could have used coffee pot and microwave and no courtesy coffee or tea!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I took my wife there for a night for our twentieth wedding anniversary. I was interested in staying in the historic part of the hotel, and was a little worried when it turned out the suite I picked was actually in the "annex" across the street. I needn't have worried though, the room was gorgeous, very tasteful and original in its decoration, and super quiet. It was just perfect. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was superb.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small and personal touches. We stayed in the annex which put us away from the hotel. Parking very easy and safe right on the street. No need to bother with locked parking lots. Just don’t invite issues. Don’t leave anything of value in the car. Great restaurants right there within one block. Wonderful staff that goes far beyond expected. Nice to have water each day in the room.
Cons: Train noises early in the morning. Old TV in bedroom (2000) and none in living room. Need to get flat screen in room.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had a very relaxing stay and the location is just a couple of minutes from the harbor. Love the new rooms and it’s easy to track grab a bite to eat just next door.
Cons: Some highway noise. Parking lot was full had to park on the street. Room needs a easy chair to sit and read in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - less than 2 blocks from my son's house. Convenient to travel around Bay area.
Cons: "Fitted" sheet would not stay on the bed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge and very quiet. Very peaceful
Cons: Price a bit high, no 24 hour reception (had to wake up the owner once because my card stopped working, which I felt bad about)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was great.
Cons: No ac in the room. Key card for access after hours was very erratic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, well appointed, comfortable.
Cons: No coffee available in room or at facility.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Appearance and location.
Cons: Not enough sink counter space. The area was not big enough for both me and my husband to use at the same time. It only had one sink and a very small mirror. Also there was no microwave in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Shower was great
Cons: The pillows could have been softer
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed here a few times and it is a nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Everyone is friendly. The pull out couch was great.
Cons: The fire alarm going off at 7am. False alarm. Evacuated myself and my kids at 7am, then it went off 2 more times. We finally just checked out before we had planned to.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Hotel updated and super clean. Staff was excellent. Bistro food was very good.
Cons: Only one elevator working. Hotel was sold out so that was slightly inconvenient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff an cleanliness was great!
Cons: The bar closed too early
6.3 Good
Pros: The room.
Cons: Staff was not fully aware of my reservation details which caused an embarassing moment for me at the breakfast venue. I had breakfast paid for/included in my reservation, but they didn't know which caused an embarassment for me and my family when we tried getting breakfast. Fire alarm went off at about 5:30-6:00 in the morning ruining my sleep (I arrived very very late the previous night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything I ❤️ This Hotel
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I thought the food was really good actually, wasn't expecting that! Also liked the cleanliness of the hotel and efficiency of the staff. They were pretty helpful when needed.
Cons: I wished there had been room service available. Also, it seemed there were homeless people? entering the hotel (one or two) which didn't make me feel safe while in the restaurant. I thought one was trying to sell something at one point. The fire alarm going off one night was also a deterrent but it is what it is. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to many restaurants and shopping.
Cons: Rooms on the smaller side
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location, supportive staff
Cons: Room size

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Property was clean and in a great location. Near the ferry station and quaint little shops as well as dining options. My room was clean and had a great view over looking the pool.
Cons: Swimming pool was a little to warm.
1.0 Poor
Cons: We found bed bugs and left the hotel after one night. Manager would not offer a refund
9.5 Excellent
Pros: You could not find a better location in the Bay area. The town of Tiburon is clean and beautiful and just a short walk from the lodge is a gorgeous view of the Golden Gate bridge on one side and San Francisco one the other.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The outdoor areas were exceptionally nice with lots of plush seating. The location was right in the middle area of town within walking distance to the ferry. Perfect
Cons: Some people may not like that it is an older facility but I felt it was charming.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Staff at registration was not helpful. Got in late on our second night stay and our room key wouldn’t work. Had to go down to front desk to inquire. They made a bunch of dumb excuses why it wasn’t working. Never apologized. No cold waters available.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The Lodge is in a great location. One can walk from the door to restaurants and shops.
Cons: My room had dead bugs attached (permanently?) to ceiling and beams, and an earwig in my bathroom sink. The room seemed a bit tired. A bit noisy, with children screaming in the pool and some late-night reveling. The restaurant was clearly understaffed. Almost impossible to get anyone’s attention for paying the bill.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nearby the Ferry to SF. Lovely way to travel to SF. Nearby harbour of Tiburon with nice restaurants.
Cons: Room was very basic.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: Our room had a balcony door out to the upper deck area. There was no screen door or screens on the window so leaving it open to air out the place wasn’t really an option. Air conditioner was loud. If we had ours off the room next doors could be heard as it was right out our window. 3 large AC units were right outside the entry door and down 1 level...loud. We were given an ADA room so maybe that was why the bathroom sink was tiny with no area to put any of your daily items. The pool and hot tub were tiny in comparison to how they were depicted on the website. They boast 3 acres...and should say it’s mostly parking lot! We stayed in Tiberon thinking to do Muir Woods and other things but really there is nothing to do in Tiberon. We took an Uber to SF because the first ferry on the weekend wasn’t until after 11 from Tiberon. We did take a ferry back at 7:30 and the small restaurant area was devoid of people. The front of the lodge looks very nice but it is not similar in style to the rooms. Our room keys wouldn’t work upon our return and the parking card also wouldn’t work...had to get it re-magnetized each time. Maybe that’s a small thing but it just seemed par for the course. I like a good hotel on vacation and paid A LOT for this room and it was no way worth that price. (Oh, and as you enter the room and elevators there is a smell.
6.8 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: TV cable not connected so didn’t work until we figured that out. Room key deactivated everyday; had to go to front desk daily. No obvious usb connect for phone charging and no instructions to be found.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beds were uncomfortable. We didn't receive our Starbucks gift card like the paper in room said we would. For skipping a day of cleaning our room
Cons: Parking is terrible. They sent a staff member to our room with new room keys. He couldn't speak English or answer any questions
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very rustic and modern at the same time. Liked the garden in the common area and the plantation shutters that opened to a view of trees. A lawn for Fido was very useful.
Cons: Carpet so-so. Tile grouting didn't look clean. Shower rings kept coming off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and conveniently located. We had a great dinner at their bar. And my kids loved the heated pool. I will definitely return and recommend to others.
Cons: No.

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Staff couldn't find reservation, then charged my my daughter's credit card even though the room was already paid for; it's going to take up to a week to reverse the charge. The water in the room's sink shot straight up toward the ceiling. A disa
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was nice and comfortable
Cons: I had difficulty finding the hotel with my GPS. Google Maps directed me to the back side of the hotel and we could not find the entrance with ease. I also was not impressed with the landscaping as you drive up to the hotel. It would have a better appearance if the dead grass and tall weeds could be cut. The tall weeds and grass is a fire waiting to happen.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: we got the king room suite with soa bath...2 days we were there we always got a call to turn off the jacuzzi bec its dripping downstairs...we just wasted our money in that room we should have got the regular room instead
6.0 Good
Pros: Location, breakfast, cleanliness, nice staff..
Cons: Yes... housekeeping didnt clean room one day even though privacy sign taken off door by 9:30 am. Also, shower ran out of liquid soap. Also, internet access spotty
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice staff.
Cons: Nope!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, politeness of the staff and coffee of course. Plenty of food options nearby, shopping centers and easy to access location.
Cons: Breakfast had very limited options and there were not enough chairs to accommodate all guests at the time of breakfast. That made it uncomfortable for guests to have breakfast in buffet style.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Housekeeping inconsistent Ice machine not working on 3rd floor
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast room and the breakfast menu were excellent. I also liked the decor and the outside area with the gazebo which was all very nicely maintained.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable.
Cons: The Location was not the greatest and it was very hard to find the entrance at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: Nothing was bad
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No bananas for breakfast and no pam for the waffle machine
4.3 Okay
Pros: I'm sorry to say that there wasn't a single thing that I liked about this hotel.
Cons: We've been travelling to the US for a total of 4 weeks, staying in 23 different hotels along our trip. Sorry to say that this motel has been the worst experience for various reasons. We checked in at 6 pm and received the key to a room, where somebody was still vacuming and the room was far away from being ready for check-in. So after checking back with the reception, we got the key for another room. Very much to our surprise there were already other guests in that room! So back to the reception again and finally the 3rd attempt of checking in worked! We were in a room right next to the (very busy) highway. It was extremly loud, I hardly got any sleep at all. Breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Only 7 small tables for I don't know how many rooms, but the breakfast area was definitly way too small. People were standing around, not being able to have a seat for breakfast, some left right away. The best part about our stay was leaving!

7.5 Good
Pros: It was fine, it could be better. Best Western has a better breakfast (eggs, jam, sausage, potatoes)
Cons: There is no pool
6.3 Good
Pros: Close to lots of stores, eateries
Cons: Breakfast was not good. One day bacon and eggs, the next none. Waffles available everyday and muffins. Hard to get any protein. Eat somewhere else. Maid never cleaned the room. Needed dirty towels swapped out but no one ever came to clean although we thought we put the sign on the door requesting it.

Pros: Room was clean. Service was friendly and quick. Breakfast was good.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable
Cons: Nothing, it was a excellent stay, we'll be back!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed and pillows were perfect for a good nights sleep! I cannot rate the breakfast because I was on the go with friends. Although, the in room coffee and “free breakfast” besides the nightly rates reeled me in
Cons: No complaints but thank you for asking.
6.8 Good
Cons: Beds too soft.

Cons: The pillows were too thick and hard.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was close to what we traveled to do.
Cons: Rooms close to the street are a bit noisy.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly enough. I had no problems checking in.
Cons: The "breakfast" was weak. Most mornings we went to Mel's dinner. Over all the place seemed a bit rundown. The original design with the multi levels makes it almost impossible to add an elevator. Damn shame, because hauling two large suitcases up the stairs was a bit much for an old man like me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: N/A
5.5 Okay
Pros: Just an average place. We only stayed for a night

7.0 Good
Pros: Clean
Cons: Walls are thin. Ask for ear-plug in case you need them.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: It is ok with trafic noise if you ask for quieter room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is a plus though staff can be more friendlier and approachable then dismissive. Located in industrial area-near train tracks, next to the freeway and next to a gas station making it a good quick stopover but if staying here for a few days not sure you’ll be too comfortable. However m, considering all that noise in the area you won’t hear it inside the room.
Cons: As stated above the location can either be good or bad depending on your needs. Issues with the door and it’s not just our room. You have to slam it to close.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean facility with comfortable bed and a great location.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Close to where I needed to be for the right price I was on a budget so this place was close enough to Richmond Field Station. You get what you pay for so don’t expect a fancy hotel, the rooms are actually very spacious, a big enough bathroom and a TV with cable, also very clean and organized, breakfast was ok fairly basic stuff cereal, toast that sort of breakfast. If you’re visiting the hotel is close enough to San Francisco and there’s a nearby BART station, the BART again don’t expect it to be the best subway system very outdated I know it’s unrelated to the Hotel but just thought a heads up is never a bad thing.
Cons: The surroundings are not the best there’s a scrap yard or something next to it, it’s very outdated, the area looks sketchy at first but is actually very safe and there are a couple of basic commerce around it a Safeway and some dinning places.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Its breakfast,

Pros: Clean, nicely furnished.
Cons: Threadbare, scratchy washcloths. Glacially slow wi-fi (had to use hotspot on my phone).
4.3 Okay
Cons: Decor was out dated, old; had cigarette burns on the tables and nightstand. The fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling with wires exposed. And the room had this “funky” smell...had to burn a candle just to breathe. Also when I asked for extra towels, because there wasn’t two complete sets, I had to really explain why I needed towels in the first place!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked how you have to go into the motel to get to your room instead of walking outside,I liked the clean rooms and the house keeping staff was great!

I'm also glad the building had a big parking lot since there seemed to be a lot of guests with cars but I didn't have to worry about not being able to find a spot. The amenities in the room were also great. For a relatively low price, the room had good furniture and appliances, so I was able to relax when I was too tired to go out.
Cons: The free breakfast was disappointing. It included coffee, wrapped pastries, and sometimes bananas. The location is not so convenient for sightseers or shoppers since it's right next to the freeway, so you really have to drive to get around. What really bothered me was the housekeeping service's inconsistency in timing. I expected service to be done while I was out during the early afternoon, but every time she arrived while I was in the room. I hope they improve their schedule for future guests.
7.0 Good
Pros: We got stuck in traffic and when I called the receptionist was very pleasant and reassuring. That made me feel good knowing that our room was ready for us.
Cons: I wasn’t liking that the sink was outside the toilet area. We had to touch the door knob with soiled hands.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I like how the tub was nice and big. I also had a microwave & mini fridge and a small little desk to do work or anything that i needed.
Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable but manageable. And the channels for the tv were very old and unrelateable to what's on tv today and not enough towels in the room.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good. It felt like a safe area.
Cons: The elevator floor was dirty, the buttons were dirty, the walls in it were also sticky and it smelled badly of cigarettes. as did the hallway leading up to it. The hotel was a little worn. The trash was overflowing by the front door entrance. Overall I would say the room felt adequately clean, but attention to things like what I mentioned above makes the difference in how it's perceived overall.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful! Any questions, or requests I had, were answered right away. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location, walk-able access to restaurants and shopping.
Cons: I thought the perception given of "vending machines" in the hotel description was a little over the top for what was actually available. The snacks for the "grab & go breakfast" were a little lame as well.

Pros: Staff is great, helpful. Room was fine, so was location. I overall enjoyed my stay. I've been here before and that's why I came back. The physical condition of the room was better. I like the people here.
Cons: The wifi. Unfortunately the wifi "upgrade" didn't adequately reach my room (#135) even with paying the extra fee. I didn't have this problem in a different room last fall before the "upgrade." It made it impossible to do any work or even check emails most of the time.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff (very limited interaction) was courteous and professional. Room was remodeled and VERY clean. Quiet neighborhood-felt safe coming back to the hotel at 1130 pm. Bed seemed a little old, but was comfortable enough. Perfect hotel for my needs- I have a son in college nearby. Will definitely be back.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and simple. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and in-room coffee in this particular room.
Cons: When the desk clerk told me my room number and said it’s in the “next building.” I was confused. Of course this building is in none of the photosThere is another 2-story building behind the office with 8 or so additional rooms. There is a sketchy, narrow alley to get there with a small parking area. The parking was well lit and I had no problems. The floor was creaky in my upstairs room and I was concerned I was disturbing anyone that may be below.
