The Riverside, CA staff were rude and rented me an older, dirty SUV with body damage. I dropped the vehicle off in Hurst, TX where the staff were friendly, but I had to wait over an hour to just return the keys. There were no additional fees, which was the one thing that matched my expectations.Avis

they did not have the vehicle I booked. they did not have a single SUV. I had to book elsewhere in a rush. they are overbooking. never again with Avis9.6 Wonderful
