The friendliness and ease of picking up and dropping off the rental car was great! Vehicle was very clean. Their service was exceptional

Pros:

Pickup was wonderfully easy; upgraded from intermediate to a large SUV. Drop off through Dropbox at airport very simple.

Cons:

Car could have been cleaner inside and out.

Pros:

The drop off process was bad. The Hertz location was suppose to open at 7:30am but nobody was there. There was no drop box to leave keys. I was late for work waiting for someone to show up - they arrived to open the location at 8:15am.

Cons:

Customers shouldn't be waiting to drop off a vehicle. All locations need a way to drop off keys. It was unacceptable that I was forced to put my day on hold and be late for work because nobody was at the location to receive keys.
