Pros:
Had to use the car extra days and staff was super helpful.Cons:
Letting the customer know that they could pick up and drop off at other locations. I needed a ride 7 miles away. I was told they could not take me over 4 miles. The facility was understaffed but polite.2.0 Poor

Vehicle originally rented was not available and the replacement option was not luxury....the replacement (van )took over 1.5 hours to get ready. The inside of the van was filthy dirty and I had to personally disinfect it before our trip. The salesman offered an 8 % discount which was not worth switching vehicle types. With covid going on, I assumed the cleaning process would be more through to prevent the spread.Avis

Not much. Car was okay.Cons:
Didn't get the car I requested. Received a big gas guzzling SUV instead. Gas tank was only about 3/4 full. Returned the car with a full tank and was expecting some type of credit. Attendant Mike T. laughed and said no, but thanks for filling up the car! Writing letter to AVIS. Not a happy customer.4.8 Mediocre

Chris Frieh the agency operator was finally able to get a SUV for me. But he could never commit when there would be an SUV available. In fact, I took an SUV that was returned with 3/4 tank of gas and not cleaned because I needed to leave right at noon.4.8 Mediocre

It was a new car with 400 miles. It was dirty on the outside and dusty on the inside. It did not have any windshield washer solution. Obviously the car wasn't checked before I drove it.10.0 Wonderful
