Pros:Completing the rental process with their representatives was easy and they were courteous. The vehicle was ready and clean for us, it took us less than 20 minutes to get out of there.Cons:Tried to sell us (upgrade) everything, you already got us to pay a large amount of money, don’t try to get your hands on my wallet again. Either upgrade us for don’t mention a nicer car to intrigue us and remind us we’re renting a less than luxurious car.Reviewed Oct 29 2017

I would recommendPros:The car was in new condition as was nicer than expected. It was convenient to just drop the car off with the keys inside.Cons:Drop off was a little confusing and they had a lot of people dropping off and only a few employees. Still a well kept secret in the USPros:We used Sixt many times during the 3 years we lived in Germany. We always had good experience with them and last week's rental at PHX ws no different. Short lines, great car selection, friendly counter and drop off personnel who knew what they were doing and were glad to help. My only problem is writing this review - fame and recognition might spoil the experience.Cons:The windows of the car had smudges and could have been cleaner when we picked up car.Reviewed Oct 17 2017
