We had a prepaid reservation for a mid size SUV and they charged our Visa 3 times more for a supposed upgrade, We were never told we were being upgraded and, for sure, never agreed to an upgrade. We got a Volvo XC 60 which is a mid size SUV, so it never even occurred to us that an upgrade was done.

The customer service was very good. Car was clean but the gas tank wasn’t completely filled when I picked up. The only mark against my experience.

Hi. Car was very dirty also smelling smoke inside. Seat belt Bell coming randomly while driving even self belt on both side. Car near 64.000 km it not good for rent car service. I have photo of inside car hownis dirty if u are interesting Thanks
