Cons:The pick up service is very poor
Cons:I had to wait to for a car to be available and my trip started late because of it. I still had to pay for the entire time I booked the car. The car smelled like Old Space aftershave and it got on my clothes from the seat belt. There were no attendants when I dropped the car off, and I had to call Thrifty for a receipt because they did not email one or send communication that the car had been returned. I was overcharged for the rental because it was not checked in until 2 hours after the reservation ended, even though I had returned the car one and a half hours before it was due. An extra day of insurance was tacked on, as were additional taxes and a "mandatory airport fee" that were not disclosed at the time I booked the car or when I checked it out.

Cons:I has a confirmed reservation. I waited nearly an hour in a line to see someone when they told me that they had no cars and it would be 45 more minutes until a car became available. The agent stated they over-booked and was un-apologetic. Just go wait for a car. Now the process has taken 2 hours and they sent me to get a vehicle and it does not match the vehicle on the paperwork. unbelievable. Poor service and not the car class that we ordered.
Pros:After recent storms there wasn't a lot to choose from but they made it work with what they had. Simple and easy check in and out.
Pros:At check-out, the staff could not locate my reservation and had a difficult time checking me out with the same rate I reserved. The car was great, fuel efficient and a perfect size, and the drop off was seamless and easy, and staff very helpful.

Cons:Almost the entire experience. Never renting from Thrifty again.
