Car was not available at the time requested. I had to wait about 6 and a half hours for a car to be available. The first location I tried to rent from on Laurens Road basically told me to get lost

Cons:

They didn't have the cargo van I rented. They called day of, saying they wanted to "save me the time" of coming to get it. I asked if they could locate one at another location and they told me I could call around. I did--no luck. I ended up having to rent an actual moving van and pay an extra month for being late. The representative didn't even apologize--just acted like it wasn't his problem. Appalling lack of customer service. :-(

Cons:

The car smelled offensively of excessive air freshener as if the smell of cigarette smoke was being masked. The air freshener was so powerful that my cloths and belongings would smell like it hours after getting out of the car. My jacket still smells a day later!

Staff was friendly great with walk around and pics, so happy when they do this!

Cons:

Um the cleaner they used at the time did not detail the car so when we dropped something on tee floor moved mat found glass

Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient transaction.

Cons:

Wasn't aware there would be an additional $200 deposit required! It may have been somewhere in the fine print, but I was surprised with it when I picked up the van. Had i known, i would have probably chosen a different provider. I've rented many times from others and have not had to pay a deposit! That is a negative in my book.

Ace in Greenville was very bad. I booked a van 2 days before it was due to pick up. I was told they wasn't going to have me a van.
