The people at hertz in Waco were awesome! The only problem I had was that I wanted to change my drop off location and the computer system wouldn't let the people at hertz change it. So negative points for computer automation, but great customer service from real people.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and willing to help us, we had a great experience, the drop off staff at Louisiana Ave were extremely helpful

Pros:

the staff (Tanisha?) was very friendly and personable when i picked up the vehicle. She also waited a few minutes after closing time for us to arrive. When i called and asked if we could return the vehicle to the airport, she was very accommodating and asked about how our visit was with our grandchild. She's a good representative for Hertz!

Cons:

The new location was hard to find as there wasn't a sign at the road or at the entry to the shopping center. A sign is needed at both i and the customer who followed me had a hard time finding the location. I understand this is a new location and perhaps there hasn't been time to install a sign, but it's needed. thanks.

Over all I have nothing but good things from the actual staff in Waco they went out of there way to accommodate us with what they had they needed bigger vehicles and they did not have them Now the online service was useless we book the vehicle 2 week prior and we believe some how they would know it was not the case when I went on Friday to pick up vehicle my booking was not lucky I had a confirmation number but it was not in the system but the staff there went out of there way to help and did get us a vehicle we needed

Pickup truck

Terrible and unprofessional !! I was not provided service I waited 2 hrs to get a truck and ended up being told the truck wasn’t even available! Why is it on the site if it’s not available. Trash service!
