The first flight was delayed and left us with a tight connection from Dublin to LAX. We would have made it and only had carry on luggage, however we were turned away and not allowed to go to the gate because they gave our seats away!

I was not permitted to check in online and there was no one at the check in desk at FCO when I arrived, so I could not get to my flight. Did not receive compensation of any kind.

This was a great flight. I love the way they had general boarding board from the back first by seat row and in general the flight was very comfortable. The seats were actually comfy, and the food served was surprisingly good.

Food was mediocre, but as expected in economy class on an airline. Wrap was ice cold , my son’s served by a steward on the next aisle was warm . As expected, but at least heat the food up a bit. No frills, but it’s economy. Excellent free WiFi was a bonus

The service was some of the worst I have experienced on an international flight. The service was rude, the quality of the food was very low. The speed of service was insanely quick. You couldn’t finish your pretzels before the meal came before the coffee came before trash collection came. Then they never came back for 5 hours. They rushed everything so they could get it over with.
