Incredible airline experience for many reasons. Only improvement, would be to have higher quality food, such as Organic and non-dairy food items. A number of us got sick. Thank you!

Ground crew in Dublin also not friendly, I had a tracker in my bag that was showing the bag was left in Canada however they didn’t want to help.

The legroom, seat width, inability to book my seat with the airline in advance when I paid extra to do so, the food is extremely plain and small. The cups of tea and coffee are small. Not to mention I had to pay for a g&T when I paid over $1k for a one way flight. Sheep travel better in a transporter.

The thing thy call a pizza was atrocious. Do not eat it. The seating is as usual for economy an experiment in cruel and unusual punishment that they aren't allowed to do to prisoners but you get to pay for it.

We loaded a little late, then sat on the tarmac for 1.5 hours, thus missing our connecting flight to the US. Naples airport was run very inefficiently. Overall, confusing to find the Aer Lingus check in. Staff on the plane were pleasant. The staff in Dublin did their best to help with hotel for the night. They booked us on a Lufthansa flight the next day, they said, but no e-mail or text was sent, like they said it would be. I later spent 40 minutes on a call to find out ANY details of our flight the next day. This may have all stemmed from a problem with the Naples airport, but frustrating nonetheless!
