I was pleasantly surprised. I've never flown this airline and the seats were comfy, I couldn't select my seat but luckily got aisle and was able to comfortably sleep the whole trip except when they came around with an in flight free meal, drinks then snack at the end. I'd fly with Aer Lingus again. The only annoying thing is you had to pay for WiFi for different hours of usage but luckily I didn't need it

The embarkation at Dublin was a kin to a Ryanair approach, in other words a circuitous and cheep access

Most narrow seat of my life. Easyjet has larger seats. And as I just wrote in the last comment section - Seat 1A promises luxury after a great businessflight. Instead, it's narrow, the seatbelt is 20cm shorter than the one in 1B, it's just a joke.

I love flying with them, the long-haul was fantastic. The short flight from Dublin --> Switzerland was horrible though. Most narrow seats I ever had, first and only time in my life I couldn't even close the seatbelt in seat 1A which was very embarrassing so I had to sit in the middle, because that seatbeld was 20cm longer. No idea why seat 1A would have a much shorter belt, it's just ridicilous. Also I hate the fixed seats, way too narrow.
