Pros:Flight attendants were not friendly or welcoming. Some were extremely short and I could easily tell they just did not want to be there. Food was terrible. aircraft did not offer wifi. Announcements were not clear. Announcements for boarding and all other changes were made in Spanish and rarely in English. If announcements were made in English it was made by recording device which were not clear. Will not be choosing Aeromexico again!!

Cons:Overall experience terrible.

Pros:Flight attendants were good

Cons:As mentioned in a previous comment, while I enjoy AM domestic first/business class product on the new planes, unfortunately, I cannot say the same about their old ones. AM seats do not provide a footrest, and there is the lack of the IFE, which on a longer flight like mex-tij could have made the flight more enjoyable. Food, AM domestic business class food options are not the best, it was a turkey/cheese sandwich on a white bread with heavy mayo, and milk rice-while delicious, also very heavy on the sugar
