Pros:Seats were comfortable, area was clean.
Cons:I was in the center seat, my husband in the window seat. The aisle seat was occupied by a woman who looked to be around 300 pounds. She didn't fit in the seat so she required part of my seat and her legs mostly in the aisle. Okay....that was bad enough but just to make matters worse she neglected to apply her seat belt. I shuttered to think of what might have happened to her neighbors if we experienced turbulence.
Pros:Everything was great EXCEPT for the wifi that cost $$$ and was slow and told me my device couldn't stream tv or movies. $10 not well spent
Pros:It was a smooth flight - crew was really nice.

Pros:This is always a quick flight. They usually only serve OJ and water, but the time goes by that it doesn’t matter!
Pros:Traveling with a group of 11 was a challenge and we had a few bumps getting our whole group on the flight due to paperwork issues but the Captain and Crew were so helpful and fun. They took us under their wing and made us all laugh and smile. Great way to start a trip!!
Cons:The only thing that I didn’t like about this flight was having to use LAX. I wish I could have caught this flight out of Long Beach!
Cons:My flight was cancelled and instead of getting a cancellation notice, I received a “your flight has been updated” email which indicated that my flight was changed from Wednesday to Friday. Unacceptable!!!
Pros:Crew were are polite and had warm hospitality.
Cons:Had the exact same meal on both of our flights. Flight from Seattle was one hour late in departure.
Pros:Good selection of movies streamed to phone

Cons:Flight was over booked and was delayed and brought back into terminal for mechanical issues after the delay had already happened.
