Cons: When I bought the ticket, checked bags were included in the price. When I got to the counter, they said no and I paid $80, which was more than the flight for two cost. When I tried to use my frequent flyer account to pay for the bags, they said I couldn’t, although I had over $200 in credit. Very bad service! Very bad!

Pros: Boarding process was easy and we made great time all the way from LAX to Madrid (I only had carry-on luggage so I can’t speak for their check-in process). Loved having a non-stop flight. Crew was attentive and professional. Great new movie selection. The one bathroom I went into was probably the largest airplane bathroom I’ve ever been in!

Cons: However, I would have taken a smaller lavatory if it meant larger/comfier seats! I was pretty uncomfortable the whole flight. The leg room was alright for me being 5’6” but I’m not sure how anyone much taller would fare. The seats themselves were similar to a budget domestic airline. Fine when you’re only going a few hours, but on a transatlantic flight it really started to get to my back :(

Also you must use their special earphones which they collect 45 minutes prior to landing. It sure I’ll do premium economy again. I don’t se me the benefit

Cons: crj900 from BUF-MSP is a wreck. worn out, uncomfortable seats, cold air coming from floor toes were numb for about 20m after flight. Flight delayed, missed connecting flight, lost comfort+ upgrade I paid for. No excuse for pitch in main cabin on 737-900 ER.

Cons: Seats are small and not much legroom, like on all flights. I hadn’t found a way to pay for a checked bag online, so that process was a little awkward - had to leave my passport and boarding passes at the check in counter, walk to the ticketing counter, wait in line to pay, then walk back to the check in counter. But the staff was very friendly and kind.

Cons: . The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat.

Pros: Great crew, decent food, plenty of wine and other drinks, on-time departure and arrival.

Cons: Our flight got delayed so American Airlines Auto switched us to a flight leaving a day later with a 17 hour layover. When I called to get it fixed I waited on hold for 30 minutes before I got through. Once we got on original flight they gave away seats we paid extra for and gave us no refund.

Cons: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Pros: Finnair is always perfect. Always on time, professional, clean and comfortable. They give free coffee, water and blueberry juice.

Pros: WARDA at the Miami Gate H07 was awesome. She went above and beyond. Everyone else was very helpful but you can get tell she does more than the norm. LOVE LOVE LOVE the free entertainment in the individual seats. Perfect for families!

Pros: When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights.

Cons: The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip.

Cons: Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration.
