I have my number on my SW account so I’m not sure why this time it did not connect automatically as it as done in the past."

If I had known the plane was delayed, I would have gotten something to take on board. I arrived at Ontario Airport at 10 45pm which was 12:45pm by my stomachs time and I hadn't eaten anything since lunch."

Audio jack barely functioned
In boarding the supervisor was offering passengers vouchers because weight restrictions. I couldn't take the morning flight because of the time wasn't suitable for me. I asked the supervisor to put me on a later flight out of JFK so I could leave now and catch that flight. She showed reluctance to do so. Clearly not the service delta wants to provide in this environment with delays.
Delta does a great job. But im now looking for more direct flights in the future. My time is more valuable. I was in the airport/on a plane for 9 hours!
Timely boarding announcements, fairly roomy seating, and prompt snack delivery. Seats in the waiting area could have USB charging ports on both sides. Minor issue; I charged my phone on the flight.
Seats were surprisingly comfortable and sufficiently roomy. Flight attendants were helpful and courteous. Flight departed on time and arrived a little early. My wife and I both agreed this may have been the best flight we've ever had: a direct flight from Kansas City to Atlanta to visit my son and his family. Convenient, relatively inexpensive, and overall a great experience!

I assumed they would seat children with at least one parent. We did ask to move at the gate and the accommodated us with the last row on the plane. No recline, no window, and right next to the bathrooms. We took it to be with our kid but this policy needs to be revised. Kids should always be seated with the adult responsible for them... who knows what kind of person might end up next to my child. Not to mention if she had needed something is the stranger gonna take care of it? It’s just a bad practice imo."

This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"

This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."

So even though I was over an hour late arriving I so appreciated the communications and the safer route. AA seems to be communicating more than other airlines and I appreciate that. Flying is absolutely no fun anymore so you take what you can get for the positives."

Cons: "On my first flight from SLC to ORD I asked 3 different American Airlines employees if I needed to pay for my carryon before I got on the plane. They all said no. I got on the plane, put my carryon under the seat in front of me and everything was great. I landed in Chicago, got to my gate, went to board and this very rude employee stopped me after I scanned my ticket and told me I couldn’t board with my bag. The EXACT bag I had boarded with in SLC. After harshly grabbing my bag and putting it in the carryon basket to check for size, she wouldn’t let me pass by her into the boarding bridge and told me I was going to have to pay. I tried explaining that I had asked I’m SLC if I needed to check it and they had all said no and that it fit under my seat. She said, “I don’t care what they said in SL, this is what I’m saying here.” And directed me to the front desk where I had to pay $50!! $50 for a carryon backpack that fit under my seat comfortably 20 minutes before!! Without saying a word (cause I didn’t want to yell at the poor girl behind the desk) I paid the $50 and proceeded to enter the bridge but before I passed through, the rude woman said, “have a nice flight ma’am” and scoffed!! An audible scoff. So I’m short, I hate American Airlines and I will do my BEST to not have to fly with them in the future."

Weather I can understand, but telling us we are waiting on a specific crew to arrive and then announcing that crew is not for our flight was just terrible communication. No one seemed apologetic. The only thing they did was bring a snack cart over for us, and that got raided by children so many people didn't get anything. We had arranged transport from Orlando to Tampa for that evening, and our rides had to cancel because instead of 7pm we were now arriving at 130am. Your airline's mistakes put everyone at an inconvenience and we weren't offered assistance to fix it. My husband went to ask for help in arranging new transport home, but he couldn't even get to the front of the line. The customer service was terrible. We really enjoyed our first leg of the flight home with American Airlines, but after the second leg and all of the problems we had... we will not fly with American Airlines in the future."

It had high tech windows that adjusted the amount or type of light that could filter through the windows depending on the settings."

Pros: "The flight crew seemed worn and a bit surly. They ran out of two of the meals and the one I got was oddly seasoned but it was warm. We sat on the ground quite a while while they fixed the PA system with no water then there was a women they'd let on the flight even though she had a different destination - supposedly they spent an hour looking for her bag on the plane. Do you hold up a whole plane load of people that got on the right plane for the woman that didn't and how come when they checked her ticket - no one noticed?"

Cons: "I went on this trip as an veterinary humanitarian out reach. I was also guardian to one high school student so that she might have an experience of such to guild her future. Her flight was missed booked to leave after mine, I attempted to rebook my flight with Luthansia but they would not let me me even partial rebook. I attempted a number of times to rebook the flight but their solution was extreme financial gain for them when more reasonable alternative could have been arranged. They canceled my entire return flight and left me stranded. I had to piece together a return flight on a shoe string budget. Thankfully American Airlines was understanding for it appears Luthansia and United are not."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 40 minutes because of "paperwork" according to the pilot. We boarded the plane on time however had to sit on it during the delay. We were not informed of what was going on until we had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When they informed us of the delay they offered everyone free direct TV in flight to make up for the delay. Once we finally took off they announced that the direct TV was not actually working. The flight attendant making the announcements was not sincere and rather unprofessional. Luckily the pilot flew fast so we ended up arriving only 10 minutes late."

Cons: "At the boarding gate, there was really really mean crew operating the boarding. There was one guy on standby, was told to wait so he did but he didn't get the seat . I understand that could happen but how she spoke this guy was absolutely rude and she did say " that's not my fault! That's your fault!!" And slam the door ... When we asked her for adding miles , she did as complaining " I am here for the flight to Ommaha ." Even though she was not , she is working for United airlines , isn't it her job ??? She was like that to every customer and that presents your company's value ... When the gate was for us , she was back at the gate ...... I am so disappointed for this poor customer service. Even though if I mention here , I know nothing would change and I hope this one voice will reach to the company somehow and make some change ."

Cons: "Flight was delayed for over 5 hours. Either a crew or plane issue. We were told was a maintenance issue. I assumed that was airline responsibility to have done before flight. Very early am flight on Sunday. Meal vouchers offered but was asleep. Finally later boarded the plane. Sat on tarmac for long time. Finally captain announced that we would have to deplane because of maintenance issues. Got off plane. Sat in terminal. Went to get meal voucher hadn’t gotten earlier because I was asleep. The apparent supervisor at gate was awfully rude when I asked. She said that the vouchers were all already destroyed and they would not print another. Later rebounded and flight got home for a flight time of 1hour. Missed breakfast at hotel to get to airport on time for early flight only to have all this happen that should have been preventable. It was probably one of the worst flight experiences I have ever had. Difficult to describe on this forum adequately. I will NEVER fly Frontier airlines again and I will encourage all that I know to avoid this airline. I was charged to bring a carryon on board. I did not check a bag but would’ve been charged there too. There is a charge to pick a seat. Charge for any snack or drink on board. Horrible airline with terrible customer service. I will protest with my airline dollar and patronize its competition. I encourage you to do the same."
Cons: "Medical emergency once on board, delayed the departure from Denver. While no fault of the airlline, as a passenger onboard, waiting in the back of the plane. Some type f overhead announcement being made would have alleviated any undue conversations between passengers, wonderment of departure delay."

Cons: "We arrived at DIA 1.5 hrs early only to find frontier lines wrapped around the entire lobby and 100 deep on the curbside check in. We finally got to the baggage counter 4 minutes after the 45 min cutoff and were told that they could not put us on the plane. The cause? SIX check in attendances failed to show up to work in retaliation for Frontier's recent outsourcing of jobs and the fact that their "Discount Den" specials, which have flights out of Denver on Sundays as low as $3.50 were taxing the staff, so they essentially boycotted. All flights back to MCI out of ALL airlines were full so we and our small children had to rent an expensive suburban and drive all night to get to work on Monday after a 12 day vacation. Absolutely the WORST travel experience we have ever had."

We sat on the plane 35 minutes while he waited for an out of order decal for the lavatory door. Dumbest flight crew I ever encountered. I'm going back to United."

Cons: "The flight was cancelled due to bad weather. The flight was rescheduled for two days later. The weather was great but it was also cancelled. There wasn't even an attempt by the staff to fix the problem. They were only willing to give a refund. If there isn't a flight then don't advertise it."

However, I spent a frustrating 45 minutes when trying to buy a bag and check in when I used the link. Also had trouble using the Frongier app. Could not check in using it."
Pros: "Really nothing was favorable. I will avoid Frontier at all cost now. I travel once per quarter for business and yearly for vacations. There are plenty of other carriers that I can take."

So on my return flight I was told I had to pay for a carry on or else I would not be allowed to board. The message as presented by Frontier staff was very hostile and confrontational."

Cons: "A nearby passenger went to the bar during the three hour delay and was drunk by the time he arrived on the plane. He then drank more during the flight. Not a ton to be done about that, but it made my flight experience a little more difficult. I was surprised you had to pay for a soda and snack, but I am okay with that overall. I think you should get a free carry-on bag though, or at least one that is cheaper than $35. Lines to check baggage were long and ill-attended. Would rather have been able to take a carry-on and skip checking a bag at all."

I will endeavor to never fly Frontier as I do not agree with their business practices."

Frontier did not reimburse for the inconvenience, and sent a inadequate $50.00 coupon towards my next Frontier flight IF USED WITHIN 90 DAYS!! That was an insult, not a good faith gesture. They did nothing to assist me and finally after 40 minutes an airport employee that witnessed this borrowed a wheelchair from Delta and got me to my flight. There was a problem in my barcode so I asked how I could solve the problem. When I first went there, she said "no" and she started to ignore me by not answering. I almost missed the flight. And when I went there twice, the woman hided under the counter after seeing me. I was shocked. The worker at Frontier was never professional and acted like a child. The service was terrible. I would feel okay if she could try to help me not to miss the flight. Instead, she had no willing to help me, and sneered me. I missed the flight so I had to buy a new flight ticket. I'll NEVER use Frontier anymore, and I'll recommend to people not to take Frontier. Workers' service is the representative of the company, and she was terrible."
