Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home."

Pros: "Even in the absolute freezing (-40F) the plane landed an hour early into Minneapolis. Was only delayed 20 minutes leaving. Crew did amazing to get the plane going."
Pros: "I love flying Delta. We left on time and even landed about 20 minutes early and all our baggage was at baggage claim by the time we got there. There is also a great amount of tv/movie options to choose from on board. The flight went by so quickly."

Cons: "The only thing I don't understand is how the planes are loaded. and this is only a comment and I know you and others carriers have there way of doing things. I just don't understand why you load the first section of the plane first and the back of the plane last, It looks like you would want to load the back and come forward so everyone is not getting hit and stood over while everyone is loading."
It was Japan Airlines that was excellent. I don’t know why it shows American Airlines.

Cons: "Everything from boarding to landing the flight and atleast could have informed the next connection that we would be late by a few minutes so we could have caught that flight. Instead we ended running around the airport for no reason."

Cons: "My checked baggage did not make it on this flight even though it was checked in over an hour before the flight. I have been getting the runaround at the Baggage Claim area and on the phone. It may be delivered tomorrow afternoon and I have food items in the baggage and it may not be delivered until the afternoon of the next day. They don’t have a good baggage tracking system."

Seats that barely recline and yet have to be brought upright during take-off and landing. Maybe common theme between airlines, but, it stands out. Salty pretzels probably the poorest choice for free handout snacks. No choice of course."
Pros: "crew was friendly. flight was on time. everyone at united, from the people checking me in and taking my bags to the flight attendant were incredibly friendly. I appreciated that--so many workers make a bad situation worse by being rude to their customers. I truly felt that United workers were happy to help."

Cons: "After a long journey in Japan, flying United back to the U.S. was a rude awakening. Their crew has no regard for the manners or respect in Japanese society. I was sitting in an exit row aisle behind a restroom in economy. The staff kept bumping into me and my entertainment system as they tried to rush up and down the aisles. Really taking a breath and walking more slowly could have resolved this. At one point, the staff almost caught my arm between my seat and their rolly cart. The plane was old and in disrepair. My neighbor's entertainment system screen needed to be propped up with duct tape. The seats are stiff and uncomfortable, and the headrests are designed so that if you have a U head support, it will collide with the headrest and curve your back into a C. Some staff could use a refresher on basic Japanese. One flight attendant kept asking everyone "US Citizen or 日本語?" which means Japanese Language. Those are not mutually exclusive questions for many bilingual flyers. I usually tolerate airplane food, but this was the first meal I could not eat on a plane. It was eggs and hash browns, and it was so mushy and salty, I decided to pass. The bathrooms dirty quickly, and are a disappointment compared to the amenities provided on your basic Asian carrier. No toothbrush. No hand lotion. Just soap. We left Narita after 5 pm, and were served this weird dinner breakfast meal. Six hours later (of a 12 hour flight) it was about 11 pm in Tokyo, and 7 am in the destination city of Houston. Might as well get back to American schedules? I don't know, but when I was naturally getting tired and putting on my sleepmask and earplugs to get some rest, a rude flight attendant kept asking me if I wanted breakfast or orange juice, shoving items in front of me (with one hand, a no-no in Japanese culture), and repeatedly asking me despite me shaking my head no. I really don't know where they hired these people. My bag got held up by customs in Houston, and United transfered it to a third party courier service who tried to call me at 1 am to deliver it. That was a bit later than I expected, and I missed the call. The next day, I tried to call the driver, who hung up on me! I called their customer support, who was unable to contact the driver or the delivery service. Just who did they hand my bags to? Thankfully, after an 18 hour wait, I got my bags back, but it was a stressful wait. Throw a dart at a list of Asian airlines, they're all better than United."
Cons: "The flight was late, which I realize isn't any one person's fault, but it was annoying. We were actually taxiing almost as long as we were in the air! The part that was really frustrating was that my infant's car seat was damaged, but United refused to acknowledge that they did it because it hadn't been something severe like being run over by a forklift. The good news is that I now know to avoid flying United."

Cons: "Boarding could be done by letting people with window seats being seated first, then the middle seats next and finally aisle seats last! That way people would not have to get up from their seats after they have been sitting down to get back up to allow the people in the inner seat to get to their seats a pond boarding the plane after the people in the aisle seat are already sitting!"

Cons: "The first leg didn't have any snacks and a cold continental breakfast. American and Delta's breakfast is much nicer. But worth the price for that portion of the leg."

No beverages available on the flight unless you paid. The entire A concourse of DIA seemed full of angry Frontier passengers. The customer service was packed"
