Pros: "A Flight attendant went beyond the call of duty when she found me after I had returned to my seat. This was after I had walked to the rear of the acft to work out a bad cramp in my thigh. She provided me with a hot water bottle that did wonders in relieving the pain and stopped the cramp from returning."
Cons: "I don't like the fact that I didn't take the time to remember her name."

Pre-flight email should have warned passengers to download beforehand. 4) Exiting plane only allowed from front; took forever from our next-to-last row."

Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

Pros: "The cabin crew serving the main cabin were exceptional. They were efficient, kind and FUN. We were an hour late leaving and 2/3 of the plane was worried about tight connections. They handled it with grace giving each person their departing gate and asking everyone to let a gentleman off with a 10 minute connection. They made the flight memorably enjoyable."
Cons: "Being an hour late isn't ideal and I understand that it wasn't their fault (the plane was late arriving into Denver. Those things happen. They still goto people to Detroit in time to make connections--barely."

Cons: "I drove 5 hours to get to the airport and unfortunately ended up delayed because of traffic and slow shuttles from parking. I arrived 1 hour before the flight, but security was so slow I didn't get to the gat until 10 minutes before arrival. There were no gate agents present and despite banging on the gateway door and other Delta agents at the adjacent gate, no one helped me. I can only surmise that they had already given away our seats, which were award tickets, GAINED BY BEING A LOYAL DELTA CUSTOMER. The gate agents were unapologetic and useless at rebooking, and I bought a ticket from Southwest instead. As i was trying to get to my sister's wedding, and repeatedly told the agents this, their behavior was particularly abominable. DELTA, YOU'VE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER."

Cons: "My flight was pushed back multiple times. Finally they said we would board in 20 minutes. I went to grab a bottle of water. In the mean time the gate changed (I was never notified) and they boarded in less than ten minutes. Furthermore when I went to the gate agent to ask what happened I had never before been greeted from someone so rude and lacking empathy. I can't believe this person was in customer service. She was short, had one word responses for me, and offered no solutions to the predicament they had put me in by delaying my flight and then expedite boarding. When I finally spoke to her manager, he was helpful and a normal human. The gate agent should work in a stock room where she doesn't have to deal with humans."

He was totally just doing his job and I way overreacted Essentially, all I think could be used to improve with this flight was a little more information about boarding as well as emails to web check in. I forgot to do so for this flight and an invitation to online checkin as well as more information about the boarding process (i.e.: the gates in this airport are further from the terminals than typical airports) would be gratefullly allreciately."

Cons: "For me the seats were too small. I am 6ft3in 200 slim pounds. If i could of gotten an isle seat or emberency door and picked my seat ahead of time even paid more for it would of helped. Getting to check in early does not get you a spicific seat. A child can be put in an isle seat whereas an adult can be put at the window seat slighty more cramped."

Cons: "I booked one ticket from Denver to Baltimore, but found out I would be charged twice ($80 in total) for checking one bag. While i did have a layover in Chicago and this indeed was only one trip, Spirit denied this and said that since I had a layover, they were two separate tickets. This is unacceptable. My ticket said Chicago was a layover. It is absurd to be charged twice for baggage on one single trip. Last time I fly Spirit!!!"

Pros: "it has the cheapest price for the thanksgiving weekend flight and the crew were so accommodating and funny."

Pros: "I read so many reviews that- in other words- said the Spirit experience was awful that i went to the airport prepared for the worst. Turns out I was wrong. Friendly staff, quick line to drop off baggage, quick boarding process and the clerk at the gate changed our seats so we could be together and gave us the 3rd row. Nothinng bad to say about this airline."

Cons: "The seats were small and not comfortable. I understand selling food but would have appreciated a free choice of water, coffee, tea or juice. I won't be flying with Spirit airlines again. Their low prices are offset by excessive tricks to earn more through baggage charges, seat selection, etc. I was pleased however not to be charged for looking out the window."

I didn't like the check in policy or the fact that they don't support TSA precheck because they hope to sell you on an additional fee that will get you through a prority lane. I didn't like the seats which are hard plastic, close together, and don't recline. I didn't like the mini tray table that wouldn't support my laptop so I couldn't work. I didn't like that Spirit falsely advertises with the tag line "LESS MONEY, MORE GO" when the base fare for my connecting flight on this sub-par airline was more expensive than a direct flight on a better airline-before the other fees were added."

Pros: "Fast boarding..fast takeoff..fast landing...nice comfortable fly"

Pros: "The crew was nice when they told me I was screwed. I was happy to share my frustration with my thousand-plus Facebook friends and to hear other people's stories of getting screwed by Spirit."
Cons: "Didn't find out flight was cancelled until I was at the airport. They didn't have an available flight to LAX until Saturday - TWO DAYS LATER. Completely bush league. NEVER AGAIN."

Pros: "Plane was clean. The charge for using the overhead bins makes boarding and off-boarding quick."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for 90 minutes without explanation."

Pros: "The planes are new so there's that."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours due to leaky breaks and they didn't have the air on so we all sweat to death until someone decided to flip the ac switch 2 hours in. The tickets are so cheap cause you have to pay for eeeeeeeeeeeverything! You have to pay for a carry-on, a drink, to have the service desk check you in, etc. I'm surprised they don't have a coin-lock on the bathrooms or individual oxygen masks that they charge you for."

Pros: "Everything went smoothly, we arrived early, crew was pleasant."
Cons: "Non-reclining seats."
