I feel bad, but Swiss airlines is not an airlines I will ever fly again. Their cabins are basic, seats are extremely uncomfortable, crew is a hit or a miss with service. What's worse is how they make you feel they are there to make money and not make your travel needs be met or make your travel a pleasure. They charge for 2nd bags, seat selection and felt like a budget arinines frontier/spirit airline attitude and approach. Their business class is from the early 2000s, basic. Additionally, planes going to India, are old, falling apart and not maintained. Even the crew mentioned this is typical of the airline having older planes going to India. Panels detached and loose or stuck with duct tape, seats scruffed up and dirty, seatbelts roughed up. The scariest thing was when I saw a window panel next to where I was sitting loose and dangling. The crew mentioned it's only cosmetic and assured the integrity of the plane was inspected by the maintenance crew. This is where they confessed about planes going to India being old. I UNFORTUNATELY would NOT recommend Swiss airlines to anyone and will NEVER fly with them again!
Very punctual. Comfortable plane and great entertainment options. The staff was very nice.

Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.
Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
Change cabin crew assisting business class. Not taking care, ignoring requests and calls. Never had such an experience in business class.
The ANA crew and their members were all extremely nice and caring. Shout out to the crews for working on Christmas and New Years. Y'all the real MVP

The flight attendants in First Class were mediocre at best. They did not take our tray away until we were about to land and only did so when I press the call button. The United person at the United Club was asked to get us our boarding pass since we missed the flight due in Chicago. She argued that we did not have seats on the flight given to us in Moline. Furthermore, she was adamant that we did not have a First Class ticket. After I spent much time with her trying to show we were correct, she reluctantly agreed. She was probably the most incompetent ticketing person I have ever met and I have traveled 3 million miles on United plus many additional miles with other carriers. United has definitely deteriorated in more than on way.
Timely boarding process, made up for lost time even after a lengthy wait for de-icing
My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
The crew were a bit short and not as warm although they did take care of small details that I requested.
American switched my flight to a 5 hour layover then cancelled my whole reservation with no notice and refused refund. Won’t fly with them again.

From gate to flight crew... All Spirit employees were great! Everyone was kind and helpful. Ride was almost smooth... A few bumps... But no problems. Seats were tight and uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was no free drinks. I can understand paying for adult beverages and can understand no snacks on a 3 hour flight... But no drinks???? I had to pay $4 for an apple juice for my son. That's not right. You should probably reconsider that.

Very difficult. Flew out on Dec 24th and it was a mess. They know it is going to be the busiest time of the year and they had no organization. Finally they called for people going on certiam flights so they could get them thru thw line then we had to rush to our gate to get in li e to board.We missed our flight do to being stuck at the border of Mexico. They would not work with us to make an affordable price so we had to wait a day with no where to go and pay 280 more for our flights. I would think that a complimentary drink would be nice. But we had to pay 4.49 for a coke. Not an overall good experience
The worst ever. Late departure late arrival an hour to get the luggage. Never again Spirit. Old dirty plane that you can smell the engine exhaust inside the cabin at takeoff and arrival. My designated spot stinked like v omit and they don’t carry a disinfectant spray I was given a moist finger towel like I was eating with my hands. The guy behind me was coughing the whole fight no one had a mask to provide us close to him. The worst experience ever

Significant delays, missed connection, no overnight support when stuck, no new flights offered for 3 days
Awful, 4 hour delay made us miss connecting flight and then told can’t get us on flight for 2 days. Still at airport and most uncomfortable seats I’ve ever sat in.
