Pünktlich, sehr freundliches Flugbegleitung, sauber, neues Flugzeug, Genug Beinfreiheit, auch wenn ich diese extra gebucht habe (kostenpflichtig), haben die Sandardsitze ausreichend Platz.

Selbst das Handgepäck muss extra bezahlt werden und das zu einem horrenden Preis. Wer mit normalem Gepäck (Handgepäck zzgl. Koffer kommt mit einer normalen Fluggesellschaft mindestens genau so teuer/günstig Kein Speisenangebot, nur Snacks und Getränke. Kein Entertainment, allerdings auch kein Stromanschluss und auch kein WLAN.

Baggage fee. What a rip off! There was a guy that had a huge hockey bag and they allowed it. Seats don’t recline. Cheap feel. I try not to fly this airline if I can at all help it. Asked for volunteers however been there did that. You can’t use the vouchers. A big scam.

Good service and staff worked with a smile.

The website is not the easiest to navigate. I don't like the look...not very professional. The ads boast of the airlines low cost but it Nichols and dimes you for every little thing. I wasn't happy that when I did the early check in the day before departure it offered me to get bumped up to Zone 2 so we would get seated first and have first access to the overhead bin. I purchased it for about $20 but on the way to West Palm they called both zones to get up to board the plane and for the return trip to Boston, Zone 1 got called first to board. This was money spent for nothing....like a donation. the bottom line is that what we spent with Spirit was not less expensive than other airlines. By the time you add all extra fees, there are no savings.

It is what it is. If anything happens to your flight or missing your flight the 100 dollars fee is a bit rediculous. The worst is when u get to the check in booth, they say it with such an attitude. I understand the fares are cheaper, but give your costumers a brake on the charges. Costumer services at the airport needs a bit of an improvement.

staff was phenomenal, our attentant communicated to her colleagues for my 4 year old to use the bathroom. Great teamwork amongst the staff and everyone was realistic and pleasant.

boarding was hectic, but ive never been on a plane that wasnt.

I liked that nothing else went wrong and that we weren't delayed beyond 5 hours without any explanation. At the rate things were going at, seemed very possible we'd be stuck there indefinitely.

Not one explanation or excuse given. No communication beyond incessant emails every 20 minutes saying the delay was longer and longer. As a result, I missed an important job interview and lost my shot at my dream job. Thanks Spirit, for a most dispiriting experience.

I was never told it would cost me $55 to have a carry on bag! Ridiculous! $60 if I wanted to check it. There is no beverage or food service. Thank God I always bring snacks on plane rides. MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED OVER 5 HOURS then we sat on the tarmac as the pilot informed us they were having computer issues (30 more minutes). There is absolutely NO LEGROOM! I am 5'4" and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me. No tv or music either. It's like the Yugo of airlines. I would NOT recommend flying this airline EVER!

I arrived at the airport in time but at the ticket counter they said I was three minutes late for check in and would not allow me to check in and get on the flight. As a result, I missed my flight home after Thanksgiving and had to miss a day of work and pay for cab and accommodations for the night. I also had to pay $100 for a flight change fee. It felt like there was no interest in customer service. Instead I found "gotchya" policies that seemed designed to generate extra fees. There were other frustrated Spirit customers at the ticket counter as well. I would not recommend Spirit going forward.

On a perfect-weather Florida day, when no other airline was experiencing any problems, we arrived at the airport two hours prior to our flight to find Spirit's status board COVERED with cancellation and delay notices. For the next for eight hours they told us the flight was delayed, delayed, delayed, then cancelled, then that we'd be put on another airline in probably less than an hour, just another hour or so, just be patient... annnnnnd here's your hotel voucher, please be back at six am for your new Delta flight. The clerk at the hotel, the hotel shuttle driver, the Delta counter attendant—all of them were full to the brim with Spirit stories. Every single one of them shot that slightly crooked sideways grin when they heard the word "Spirit," the one that says "I've heard it a million times, man." The airport crew in Tampa tried their best... which was terrible. One would think this was the first time they'd ever had a delay instead of it being an incredibly regular experience. For eight hours, we sat on the floor and watched dozens of alternate available flights trickle away while being told by Spirit's staff that they were "on it." The entire experience was horrible even before we got to the delay. Charges for checked bags AND carry-ons; charges for every seat— EVERY seat—on the plane; a charge even for a cup of soda (our flight to Florida was only delayed, not cancelled.) And I just finished talking to a Spirit phone rep about what should have been an automatic refund for the baggage and seat fees we were charged for the flight we never took.

the flight was delayed again and again for over 18 hours even as other planes from other airlines took off around us. at one point we boarded the flight and sat 10 feet from the gate for over an hour before they returned us to thr gate and made us disembark. for another set of delays we were told that the person supposed to tow the plane had lost his access badge and another person had to drive in from home to do the work. other than this, the gate staff gave the passengers limited to no information. no amenities were provided to delayed passengers (no snacks, accommodations, etc). plus, the terminal had only one women's restroom with only two stalls, one of which was frequently out of toilet paper.

the flight was delayed again and again for over 18 hours even as other planes from other airlines took off around us. at one point we boarded the flight and sat 10 feet from the gate for over an hour before they returned us to thr gate and made us disembark. for another set of delays we were told that the person supposed to tow the plane had lost his access badge and another person had to drive in from home to do the work. other than this, the gate staff gave the passengers limited to no information. no amenities were provided to delayed passengers (no snacks, accommodations, etc). plus, the terminal had only one women's restroom with only two stalls, one of which was frequently out of toilet paper.

I was never told it would cost me $55 to have a carry on bag! Ridiculous! $60 if I wanted to check it. There is no beverage or food service. Thank God I always bring snacks on plane rides. MY FLIGHT WAS DELAYED OVER 5 HOURS then we sat on the tarmac as the pilot informed us they were having computer issues (30 more minutes). There is absolutely NO LEGROOM! I am 5'4" and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me. No tv or music either. It's like the Yugo of airlines. I would NOT recommend flying this airline EVER!

I liked that nothing else went wrong and that we weren't delayed beyond 5 hours without any explanation. At the rate things were going at, seemed very possible we'd be stuck there indefinitely.

Not one explanation or excuse given. No communication beyond incessant emails every 20 minutes saying the delay was longer and longer. As a result, I missed an important job interview and lost my shot at my dream job. Thanks Spirit, for a most dispiriting experience.

Flight got cancelled after 7 hours of waiting. Trip had to be cancelled due to the fact that there were no flights until Sunday 4/10. Also very poor customer service. i will never be using Spirit again.

On a perfect-weather Florida day, when no other airline was experiencing any problems, we arrived at the airport two hours prior to our flight to find Spirit's status board COVERED with cancellation and delay notices. For the next for eight hours they told us the flight was delayed, delayed, delayed, then cancelled, then that we'd be put on another airline in probably less than an hour, just another hour or so, just be patient... annnnnnd here's your hotel voucher, please be back at six am for your new Delta flight. The clerk at the hotel, the hotel shuttle driver, the Delta counter attendant—all of them were full to the brim with Spirit stories. Every single one of them shot that slightly crooked sideways grin when they heard the word "Spirit," the one that says "I've heard it a million times, man." The airport crew in Tampa tried their best... which was terrible. One would think this was the first time they'd ever had a delay instead of it being an incredibly regular experience. For eight hours, we sat on the floor and watched dozens of alternate available flights trickle away while being told by Spirit's staff that they were "on it." The entire experience was horrible even before we got to the delay. Charges for checked bags AND carry-ons; charges for every seat— EVERY seat—on the plane; a charge even for a cup of soda (our flight to Florida was only delayed, not cancelled.) And I just finished talking to a Spirit phone rep about what should have been an automatic refund for the baggage and seat fees we were charged for the flight we never took.
