Crew was great. Food and entertainment was great. There was plenty of leg room sitting in a economy seat. That being said put thicker padding at the lower part of the seat. The person seated behind me was very tall and their knees were pushed into my back the entire flight. I understand having to move your legs but it was moving into my back for a 9 hour flight!
Pros: "Nothing to like when 1. you are arriving at your destination after 24 hours plus delays. 2. you paid Comfort+ class (not cheap) and are constantly pushed back in the Main Cabin."

The crew at CVG’s Delta desk is incredibly uninspiring and not helpful at all. A lot can be done in 40 minutes and they made little to no effort helping me make my flight or to get me on another flight on 6/13 that would get me home to Colorado Springs the same day."
No frills, value airline. This trip was exactly what I expected. The flight was on time departing and arrived ahead of schedule. The crew was very efficient at getting people on and off the plane. I think the carry-on bag charges discouraged most people from bringing one, which led to quicker de-planing. I was careful to only bring a carefully packed personal item that was under the size limit. If you keep in mind that everything costs extra with this airline (including snacks, drinks, and printing boarding passes), and go into this with the right expectations, then all will be well. For the price difference, I would fly this airline again. My flight was only 1 hr. 20 minutes though. Much longer than that and comfort might drive me to another airline. The seats are very basic and don't recline at all.

Had the best flight in a long time. The captain was amazing, friendly, kept us informed of any weather or sites to see. Took good care of the flight attendants and made us feel safe and confident. Smooth lovely flight.

Even though my flight was delayed a bit it was still VERY GOOD! Plus the flight was amazing. The flight was also amazing. Even though we were flying though a storm."

Cons: "The Three Stooges are running this operation! The first plane was too small! So Silver Air drove us to Miami to get on American Air flight. This flight had too much fuel to land in rain, so we had to go back to Miami to get more fuel to try it again!"

Cons: "Baggage was an issue for me this trip. I was traveling with a roll-on that I planned to check, a smaller roll-on, a laptop and case, and a CPAP. Both going and returning they encouraged me to gate check/valet the roll-ons, which I did on the way to Key West. But that burdened me during the long layover in Fort Lauderdale that was not part of my original itinerary. I did check the larger roll-on for return flight ($35) and am still waiting for the carousel to start turning 30 minutes after reaching baggage claim."
