The plane is small and cramped. Only two snacks. No tv in the seat. Crew was great and the airport staff was great also! We boarded quickly and plane staff was friendly and kind

The crew was wonderful! They were friendly and funny. The plane was clean.

My husband had a medical issue right before we were supposed to board. The gate and customer service agents were very helpful, They easily rescheduled us - twice. Our luggage was waiting for us when we finally arrived in Anchorage. I'm impressed.

Boarding was fast and we didn’t sit on the tarmac very long when leaving. When flight arrived waited too long to get to gate. Aisles too narrow. Seats too small, if fat person was next to me we would have been touching that’s unacceptable.

Flight attendant in front portion of flight was surly. Aisle way too narrow, seats a bit narrow as well. If a large person had been seated next to me they would have been touching me and that’s not acceptable.

...just O.K., I paid to upgrade our seating but seemed the same old cramped seat to me! What a rip off. Movie choices were minimal, lots of stuff not worth watching!!!

I was assigned a seat other than what I chose when I booked the flight. I chose a seat somewhat behind first class so that I could get off in a timely manner to ensure a wheelchair. Instead, I was assigned the handicap seat in the back row near the gross bathroom. I noticed when I got to the airport my boarding pass did not have my seat on it. However, when I spoke to the woman at the gate about getting a wheelchair for the onboarding process, I then saw a seat number on my boarding pass. I think she gave me a seat that I didn’t choose when I booked the flight. Now I wonder if I paid more money than what the back seat was worth??

Good legroom, good food. Great landing, comfortable seat, good communication from pilot and crew. I wasn't thrilled that we were an hour late but it happens. The only two minor things was that the garbage pickup was slow and your windows need washing. Overall we will beback

The crew was pleasant! Our flight was delayed, and the pilot explained why. That was nice!

The communication was so scattered and inaccurate during the lead up to my flight and throughout the delays. We were let wondering when to arrive at the airport because the notifications said the flight 40 mins delayed and then changed back to original time! Within 1 hour of the flight! Then within minutes of the flight changed to 50 mins delayed!! Once we were boarded, it was another 3 hours till we took off!!! They’d tell us we were leaving every 30 mins but not actually leave!! It was so aggravating!!! Our flight exceeded the 3 hour delay due to airline failure and they called it a weather event! It feels like the customer has to suffer but the airline wriggles out of accountability one way or another!

I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.

Over 2 hour delay for a 50-minute flight is unacceptable, especially in normal weather. Very poor communication via app

In-flight staff was very helpful and excellent. However, the flight was delayed by 90 minutes. Also the boarding process should be expedited in case of delayed flights. This will help the passengers trying to make international connections.

They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.

terrible. Because I felt very unwell during the flight. How do they leave a woman alone in the middle of 2 men? an obese man who was falling on top of me.

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging

Overall fine but both ways for this trip was delayed.

No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.

Lufthansa placed a 300 lb passenger in the aisle seat and I was stuck in the middle leaning sideways with no arm rest or ability to sit up straight and fully use my seat (due to encroachment-the seats are very narrow) the entire flight.

East Lounge in Denver was terrible. Turning away active military on orders? Really? Sad.

The flight was delayed, but other than that everything was fine.

Two hour flight delay, it was awful and loss of sleep.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

I arrived to LaGuardia Airport 50 minutes prior to my 6am flight but was told that I was too late and would have to flight standby to Dallas in order reach my final destination of Jackson, MS. Hundreds of people were in my situation but the agents chalked this up to being normal for any day. Had my been able to board my original flight I would have arrived at my destination by 10:30am. I didn’t arrive until 7:30pm which included a 30 minute wait on the tarmac. Strangely my luggage arrived at my final destination at 12:30pm of the same travel day. This was by far the worst travel experience I’ve ever had.

delayed multiple times. no resolution on anything from AA customer service. was put on hold in chat to talk to manager. was 6th in line to talk to manager for more than TWELVE HOURS - from sometime around 9AM until well after I had gone to bed that evening. no explanation, no attempt to make it right. just a five hour delay because of repeated maintenance claims

Very aggressive and unhelpful ground crew. Wanted to check my hand luggage for 3 flights. I had lots of delicate items and computer equipment. So the silly lady wanted to rebook 3 international flights because of a carry on. What nonsense. The baggage handler suggested I put it under my seat - so I did. And this was during the rebooking chaos of the Microsoft crash. She was the most arrogant annoying and aggressive ground staff member I’ve met in 20yrs. (AA flight out of Houston).

It was freezing in there. When I asked about it, the response is “we would have to tell them” and then she just walked away and continued to serve beverages. Everyone was cold and they didn’t care at all.

I did not enjoy continuously being lied to about the amount of time we would circle Chicago before deciding to redirect to Milwaukee. Then the amount of time we would sit on the ground in Milwaukee waiting for gas, or to take off again. Or the amount of time it would then take to get to Chicago again, or sit on the runway waiting for a gate. The whole time continuously hopefully we would make our connecting flight that kept getting delayed as well. Only to scramble and miss it. Enough with the BS. Tell me the truth. "Sorry, things are backed up and your probably not going to make your flight. You should rebook on the next flight now rather than wait." You'll never hear those words from an airline. Speaking of which. If the flight has been redirected and/or is seriously delayed, how about making the WiFi free for everyone so they get to rebooking and reserving hotel rooms while still in the air. You've inconvenienced me already and now you want me to pay $20 for Internet so I can try to make other plans. Absolutely disgusting!

The food was horrible compared to other airlines, there was no space for the overhead bins for carry-on luggage, and the seats were very uncomfortable.

The flight was quick which gave me more time to get to my other flight.

16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

Excellent. Attendants served preflight drinks and were courteous and nice.
