I wish service could be a bit faster. Due to turbulence our second meal could not be served at all. Not sure why the passengers were not served as they were seated. Some passengers were served, some didn’t get served at all. It was a long journey coming from Boston. Imagine arriving home after 1 am without any food.

We nearly missed the plane due to how closely our flights were scheduled. Then our luggage did not arrive with us our plane. We didnt have time to stop for a snack or water so a small something would have been helpful.

British airways new I'l be late , they could send someone to pick me up from the security point, so I could have been on time.

90 minute delay leaving LAX. Stuck on plane. 30 minuet delay getting to gate after landing at SFO. Stuck on plane again.
Equipment was nice and well maintained. Seats are comfortable for coach. Video at each seat. Friendly staff.
Super nice flight attendant. Really made all of us (business travelers, retired military folks, family with little kids heading to a wedding) feel welcomed and happy. Great experience.
If we're going to be early, have a gate ready.
I began asking for my wheelchair escort the minute I got off the plane. I was assured in Houston they would be there when I got to Detroit. They were not. The request was clearly spelled out on my boarding pass along with my personal oxygen equipment information. I kept asking different staff and they would call for me then say somebody would be there. I waited for an entire hour and only when I started to cry did somebody do something. It was terribly stressful.

When we asked for the late food service, they told us they did not have any more left. We ask them to look for anything left and after hour the food still not arrived.
Everything was great except that our srtoller was nos given back in our stop in Rome and we needed it badly.

They boarded quickly, left early, arrived 40 minutes ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
I got to japan
I paid for Japan airlines because they are a clean airline and service is superior. Watch the fine print. My seat was dirty crumbs and leftovers left in the pouch and folding tray.
No big crowds trying to board. Everyone had room for their items in the over head. Love the one seat by itself. Very short flight but the one steward still served beverages and cookies.
I was fine with a 5 hour delay I was fine with my bags not being on the same flight as me I am not fine with finally receiving my bags 24 hours later soaking wet. Everything it dripping. I still have nothing to change into now and there was no compensation offered whatsoever. Never flying with this airline again.

Pretty good flight for a good price.
It would be so nice to have tea and/or coffee served before landing. oming in at 5am or 1am North America time is difficult and if you have to travel more that day a cup of coffee or tea sure would help. Serving tea and coffee at ten pm after serving dinner isnt good if you want to sleep..just keep it warm and serve it before we land.

Rerouted without consultaton - added an extra leg to my trip including a necessary mad dash to catch the make-up flight.
Our suitcase was damaged. Because we did not notice this until we got to our apartment we found that it is not possible to make acclaim, rather you just have to make a general complaint with a response according to SAS likely in 3 weeks. This process took over an hour of my time. The three tel numbers given to report damage are in Scandinavia and not much use when travelling within the UK.

Only one free drink per meal, otherwise only tea or coffee.
Seats are pretty comfortably and spacious for economy class (I’m small though, so take that with a grain of salt). The lunch was pretty solid, would have preferred a hot breakfast. The vegetarian breakfast was grilled veggies with fruit and yogurt on the side, kind of a mish-mash of things.

Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great.
I can't get same helpful crew for Intl flights.
Kayak need to be more clear and transparent what airline is actually operating the flight. This was not a British airways flight. It was an American Airlines flight. We went to the British airways terminal, waited 30 minutes to check in only to find out it was not a British airways flight. It took us about 1 and a half hours to correct the problem. I am extremely disappointed in the way kayak has presented this information. We specifically booked thinking we were flying British airways not a substitute flight.

Lots of video entertainment options and economy plus was very comfortable.
A380 takes a long time to load everyone onto plane and get everyone off the plane as well.
