She did my boarding pass by verifying who I was and by my Id and printed out. I then go to security they asked for my Id and boarding pass. I gave it to them and she was like Ingrad is not your name doesn't match your ID. I said no it doesn't your going to have to go back up and get my boarding pass redone again. I was Furious and frustrated because I didn't want to miss my flight over a mix up from one of your Clerks and at the time she never asked me if I wanted a window seat or not . This made for a bad experience going to Atlanta but I was grateful that I didn't miss my flight."

A five to ten minute wait is fine, but a fifteen minute wait, with only three crew members compared to the other airlines? By the time I dropped off my baggage, the other airlines were finished with their customers, and there was still quite a line behind me."

Because there was a long delay, the ticket agents supplied free sandwiches, drinks, salads, and coloring books and tried to engage the waiting passengers with games. I won a $50 Delta gift certificate! The captain had good communication with the passengers to keep us informed."

Cons: "When I checked in online, I received boarding passes for the first two legs of the trip, but was told to see a gate agent in Amsterdam for the boarding pass for that flight. It turns out that there was a problem, attributed by one of the KLM staff that I talked with to "a communication problem between Delta and KLM." As a result, I was finally given a stand-by boarding pass. Since the flight was full, I was denied boarding. After hours of trying to figure this out, the KLM staff put me on a flight for the next day and organized a stay at an airport hotel. The KLM staff were very nice, but it seemed to take a very long time to figure this out. They also failed to note that the denial of boarding in the records, which caused a problem in my return flight. The upshot: I missed a follow-on flight to Budapest and had to pay a huge rebooking fee for that missed flight. I also missed a day of my vacation."
Pros: "I needed to change my flight because my international flight from Buenos Aires was delayed due to a national work stoppage and I would miss my scheduled Delta flight from JFK to SAV. The cost difference to take a flight later the same day was exorbitant (over a $500 additional cost to the price of the original ticket) so we elected to fly back to SAV two days later. I do not understand how airlines can get away with charging such exorbitant ticket prices--these prices should be regulated!"

It was a low cost ticket on a very convenient transatlantic flight from RDU, "Easyjet" pricing brings "Easyjet" seating. I have flow a lot, 3MM miles on UA alone, and this reminded me why AA did not get much of my business! I will have to revert to the "Continentalised" UA (another sore point!)."

They announced this and gave the other passengers the opportunity to walk to an area to watch the very solemn ceremony. It was all done with respect and handled timely. The flight still left as scheduled and arrived on time. Not that this was the most important part. Even if it had caused me to miss my connecting flight, the ceremony for the fallen hero was more important."

When we got to the airport and checked in they did not put me and my traveling partner together meaning they didn't see them together not to mention. Our flight was delayed and we only have 4 minutes to get from gate a to gate. We got to the gate collected our boarding passes found out we were seated at the very very very back of the plane right next to the restrooms.........NICE"
Cons: "When I booked my flight, I used Kayac like I always have in the past. To begin with, I selected several flights that were listed, only to have it tell me that this flight is no longer offered, which I assume is engineered to get me to select a more expensive flight. Once I finally found a flight that was still available, I selected it and began the process of providing information and selecting seat assignments. On 2 of the 4 legs of the round trip, there were no more seats available except for upgrade seats, which resulted in an extra $100.00+ in charges. Then when I finished the transaction, I noticed an extra $200.00 charge added. End result was that I ended up paying over double what I would normally pay for this same round trip that I have made many many times. I feel, no I know, that some customer relations person will look at this comment and reply with a pre-generated response apologizing and hoping I have a better experience in the future and thank me for using Kayac. Big companies like yours look at one customer as no big deal. I'm a Physician and have the ability to reach out to multitudes. I'm going to make it my mission in life to reach out to as many people as I can through word of mouth, signs in my office, Internet and social media to let them know about the deplorable practices of your company."

I needed to be at work in Des Moines Monday morning at 8 and they bumped us to a flight from Chicago to Des Moines for 12:00 pm Monday afternoon. We had to pay $280 to rent a car and I drove all night and went straight to work without even going home to shower or get ready or anything. My 4 and a half year old son had to endure the whole thing too."

Apart from that the crew was in general rude, didn't find the experience anywhere close to comfort"

Cons: "The flight attendants were downright rude to some of the other passengers, the ticketing agent had a nasty attitude and made for a very poor "first contact" experience with the airline. The front desk agents at the United Club in EWR were aggressively officious with a lot of the guests that day as well. Overall, customer service was very poor, even though the attendant on the flight were quite nice to me and gave me great service."

Shortly after that announcement it was announced a gate change and further delay to 11:30. Then another delay to 12:20. finally departed."

United Airlines is a great airline. There was a wonderful agent who helped me at the kiosk for check-in. Very friendly. The flight attendant on this flight was very personable."

I felt that WAY too many folks had backpack and two small carry ones, but by bringing them to the gate - the announcement was made its a full flight so you can check your bag for FREE! Cons: "There was no leg room what so ever! I am 6 foot tall and around 275 pounds. The seats were made for children, not made for an adult. My seat was so uncomfortable my legs actually went numb, mainly for the fact that I couldn’t move because of how tight the seats were. I have flown many times and this was by far the most uncomfortable flight ever! I will never fly again if this is how planes are going to be."
Cons: "Last row and packed. United not willing to allow you to upgrade while in the plane, and their mobile app does not offer it either. Not to mention the other crew member dead heading and being less than helpful. Customer Service is not their thing."

Pros: "RDU to EWR was fine, but the return flight was way oversold, and we didn't even get seat assignments until it was time to board. I purchased our tickets months ago, checked in 24 hrs before, and did not check bags, but we still had to stand online and keep reminding the gate agents that we did not have seats and that my three year-old had a car seat that needed to go in a window seat. Once on board, the first clas flight attendant was awesome! She helped us fix a seating nightmare (agent had given my 3 y/o a seat by himself) and came back to coach during the flight to give my son some wings and to just check on us. She and our safe arrival are the only aspects of the entire experience that deserve any stars whatsoever."

Cons: "Hidden Fees, thankfully we could afford the extra $20/seat. On the first leg of the flight it was 100 degrees in the cabin, and there were NO beverages available at all. We were told there would be a 5 minute wait on the tarmac before unloading...we've been here for 45 minutes with no end in sight."
Cons: "I contacted Frontier about a week before my flight to let them know my friend I was flying to visit had to make an emergency trip to see her father who was dying of liver failure. On the first attempt I was notified that only immediate family members were would be an excuse but that I could try to request through a different faucet of emergency circumstances. I put through another request and was never contacted. I did not fly to Salt Lake but I was still charged even though they could very well have sold my seat to another person and made double the money for the seat. I am very disappointed with the service I received from Frontier."
Pros: "The ONLY thing I liked about this airline is the leg room on the plane."
Cons: "All other airlines carge $25 for the first checked bag and carry-on is free, naturally I assumed this for Frontier. Frontier, $30. Then you would think the employee checking me into my flight would have told me or warned me about a carry-on fee. I had to find out at the gate that Frontier charges up to $60 for all carry-ons. Now I know why the tickets are so cheap, but if you have any kind of luggage, you might be bettet off just paying what the other airlines are charging for airfare (might be cheaper, especially after Frontier's luggage fees)."

The website was not easily navigated either. Disappointing!"
Pros: "This was my second time flying Frontier. The first flight I felt very much little cattle. I also felt that they did everything for the dollar. This trip was very different however. Their customer service was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating, helping me move my seat closer to the restroom. (I'm 8 months pregnant!) The ground staff and the flight crew were wonderful."

Fresh fruit would be good too. i was also shocked that I had to pay $80 extra for my ONE bag to fly to and fro, and that my cat had to count as my personal item so I had no choice but to pay for one. I believe we should have a free personal item and 1 free carry on."

Cons: "It was not clearly stated that carry-on luggage would be charged $45 per item. This is an unusual policy and should have been clearly and prominently stated when purchasing the ticket. With my wife and I this added $90 to our combined ticket price and we would have flown a different airline had we known this. It seemed like a trick to get folks to pick a cheaper ticket only to make up the cost at the door what an individual would have paid for a competing ticket."

($375.00) However, I was very disappointed about being charged for baggage(carry on and checkin $65 one way total of $130.00) and beverages (sodas and juice). Ummm? Had I known about all the fine print I probably would have gone with a different airline atleast I would have not been caught off guard after booking the flight."

You had to pay for everything except water. There was no in-flight entertainment at all. Trays were tiny. I will never fly this airlines again."

Cons: "Where do I begin? This airline is obviously attempting to maximize their profits but so much at the expense of passengers. There is no comfort in flying in an upright position for many hours. In fact, sitting aboard this flight felt like torture. I will never if at all possible fly on this airline again. I will recommend to my friends that they pay a bit extra to fly another airline. I mean they've all cut corners but Frontier has gone the extra mile in putting profits over any decent airline accommodation. I sincerely hope you guys go out of business."
