No baggage controls from seat 18 to 28 no bags would fit. As we exited all the front rows we're waiting to get there bags stored in back of planes overhead bins. That's just not right, especially when they charge us extra to take a bag for overhead bins storage.

We arrived on time.

These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away.

Not a single part has a positive remark

Well - this partner of westjet was terrible. The amount of re direction to get to the final terminal was absurd .. that's just my venting My real problem is that then "crew" or team that represent s the American Airlines / compass part was just useless. A hand full of people - myself included didn't get a chance to board the plane as they didn't make any announcements. Beyond disappointing. When you check in they take your cell phone "in case " well no call no txt no nothing. It was a joke the level of service No apologies or anything just a group of any tired patrons getting the worst customer experience. I'll never EVER book a flight that has anything to do with American Airlines or its partners

The experience at DFW was terrible- long lines to get out of baggage claim because of too few agents to process 1000 people waiting. Also long lines for TSA screening to get to gate.

Nice seat space (upgraded) Good flying into Chicago

Our plane and seats were changed by United (originally thru SFO) and we ended up in front of the exit rows so seats did not recline. The crew announced that this was not a full flight but asked that and movement await all boarding. I waited until airborne and moved into the empty seat in back of me. It actually was comparable to my own but I remained now that I moved. Several hours into the flight a male attendent told me I had to return to my original seat. No explanation. This did not present a hardship but very unnecessary and possibly risky not to have manpower in the emergency row.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
