Pros: "Always pleased with JetBlue"

Pros: "Our experience leaving tampa to San juan was absolutely perfect! We were starting our honeymoon and as a courtsey, the attendant who checked us in, was absolutely so sweet. She even upgarded us to even more space seats at no extra charge."
Cons: "The flight back to tampa from san juan was a complete nightmare! We arrived at the gate 15 minutes before and was extremely upset to find out that the gates were closed. The pilot and the attendants saw that we were banging on the door and yet they just stared at us. The plane wasnt detached from the terminal which is why I didnt understand why they couldnt let me in unless they sold my seat. An attendant finally came out by the name of Chanel (the AD Lead). All she did is rebook me for 2 days later and told me that that flight might get cancelled due to the hurricane. She wasn't even trying at all to help me. She had a rude attitude and told me that she will be back to help me. Yeah right! She came back 3 hours later! I could not stand to even look at this unprofessional employee. I paid extra to fly jetblue as I have been told they have great customer service. Pshhhh.... I myself had to call jetblue and spoke to melinda (customer service supervisor) she was trying everything in her power and it really showed. An attendant came and started checking the next flight out of puerto rico to ft. Lauderdale. Melinda put me on stand by for the flight and ecen spoke directly to the Natalie who was checking guests on the flight. Two seats came available for me and my husband to get back to florida. We then rented a car and drove 4 hours back to tampa. I was just completely disgusted on how Chanel handled the whole situation. I told her that I had medical treatments the next morning in tanpa that I could not miss but yet she did not at all seem to care. As a lead I thought she would at least put me on stand by to go to ft. Lauderdale. That wasnt even an option for Chanel. She was completely worthless and had a stupid look on her face when she saw me get on the plane to fy. Lauderdale. Something she could have helped me with instead of saying she would be right back and left me for 3 hours later with no help. Jetblue, I say this in the kindest of ways, please fire chanel. People like that will only cost you guys more in the future as you will loose so much clientel due to the unprofessional conduct and customer service she gave. Hire more Natalie's and Melindas who help you regardless of the situation and not Chanel who didnt care and was a bother to her to put in the same type of customer service that Melinda and Natalie gave me."

Cons: "Hello Team, my husband and I are very unhappy with the outcome. We were on our way to our honeymoon as we were not let to board our flight in Philadelphia. When our tickets were bought, we had Jon instead of Jonathan. Without any sympathy whatsoever, we were passed around various reps and agents. No one cared to help us make a change and make it to our flight. As we left home (after 2 hours of being at the airport), we continued trying to make a correction over the phone. None of the phone representatives cared to help and kept on delaying and holding us on the phone. After 8 hours, we were told that it's going to cost over $2,500 to have try an evening flight. They ended up marking us as "no show" at the airport which wasn't true. We ended up going back online (on kayak) and purchased new tickets as this option was cheaper. This entire experience was awful. Please reach out if you need any other information."

My bag fit the meassurements and still was forced to check it (which I did not want to do as I did not want to be waiting an hour for my bag at my arrival as I had work early the next day. In addition there was airplaine traffic as it was "rush hour" instead of flying at 7:45 we departed almost at 9pm!!!! Have to pay for food Quality of tv monitors very poor And in an uncomfortable position No movie options No wifi although stated the aircraft has Non functioning electrical plug"

The female crew members, a dark haired woman and a short blond haired woman both would have ignored me if the other two people seated by me did not also try to get their attention. The dark haired woman gave the guy next to me headphones and when I held out my hand she just looked at me and walked away as if she'd been called away. Which she hadn't she came back and started with the row immediately behind us and the guy next to me was nice enough to give me his. Also after nearly waiting 4 hours, 9 minutes before boarding we were given food vouchers and told to "run and hurry" and get food "to go" so most people didn't even bother using the vouchers because of that. I've had better flights with American Airlines, I just didn't know this one would be so poor. Definitely way below average expectations."

Flying with an airline that has heart helped me so much during one of the most difficult times of my life. I will absolutely fly with them again."

Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

The Boeing 737 we rode on the way back home was THE most uncomfortable 3 hours ever. I saw other customers "getting up to go to the bathroom" to stretch and get out of these seats. They were so small, so cramped and the leg room is the worst I've ever had! Hey United, instead of upgrading your older planes to have tv's in all the head rests (which costs money anyways) why don't you retrofit them to have liveable if not comfortable seats/legroom. Absolutely terrible. Considering never flying United again after that flight. I thought longer flights usually get bigger planes with more slightly more comfortable sitting accommodations. Caved and got one of the food boxes....bleh. Just bleh. Supposed to have smoked gouda spread. Tasted like those pretzel and cheese snacks that you give your kids for lunch."

Cons: "Unfortunately, the flight was not a good experience. We boarded and then after an hour, had to deplane. We were told ticket agents would be waiting to help. There were over 200 people and only one agent. A second came later. After an hour and a half, I was issued a new ticket with a layover in DC, that flight was delayed and would have made it impossible to make the connection. I waited in line again, and was helped by a different, much more efficient person. She booked me on American direct to Grand Rapids. That flight was great. I chose Frontier due to the affordability of the fare, however once the extra fees are taken into consideration, this was no longer the lowest price available, and there was certainly no other reason to make this airline stand out as preferable over other airlines."

Pros: "Let me start with the fact that I will never fly Spirit again, ever! My 5:58 flight was delayed at least 6 times. Each time with a different excuse for the delay. Between mechanical issues, weather (clear weather from PHL to FLL), no flight crew, and out of hours, the airline used ever excuse in the book. Once they determined we could not fly that night, our flight was pushed to the next day. They only had 2 irrate employees working who were just condescending to many of the frustrated passengers. They would not compensate the rooms for the night, nor refund people so they could take another airline. I also called spirit customer service line and the insurance contact I had through priceline. Neither provided any sort of help. Additionally, spirit had discounted hotel options, but did not distribute them to all waiting at 12am for some type of info and support. The next day, they told is our flight would leave at 10. We again werr delayed 2-3 times and didn't take off until the afternoon, causing me to be late for the wedding I was a part of. There is so much more to tell, but I need to file a full formal complaint later to Spirit, priceline, and the flight insurance company. This was hand down the worst flying experience I have every had in my life. And o fly at leave 1-2 times a month."

Cons: "The seats were too cramped together. They over priced the carry on luggage. The return trip from Houston to Philadelphia, I was in the airport from 5am until 11pm in the airport. In Houston, we spent 1.5 hours on the hot airplane with no AC then they deplaned and put us back on another plane for 1 hour and then those trying to get to Philadelphia were asked to deplane again. When about 10 of us got off this flight, they told us unfortunately there were only three seats available to Atlanta and then Philadelphia. I had to beg for one of the seats because I would have been fired from my job and I had patients already scheduled to see the following day. In Atlanta, I had to spend more money to eat dinner and wait from 4pm until 8:45pm when we finally boarded the air craft because it was constantly delayed every hour. Lastly, when I got to Philadelphia at 10:30pm I spent another 30 minutes filling paper work out because they lost my luggage and the other passage that flew with me as well. Spirits never even offered a food voucher or explained to us why everything was delayed or even apologized. It was a terrible experience."

Cons: "They had to make an emergency landing on a direct flight and only offered a 15$ voucher Bags were 55 dollars to check and 50$ to carry on"

Then approaching the new 3 hour and 40 minute delayed flight time, we ended up switching gates to a different plane anyway. the plane got into Dallas around 330AM which was difficult to make arrangements for transportation upon arrival. Would not fly again."
