They turned on direct tv 60 minutes into the flight and the volume didn’t work. Prior to that, flight attendant suggested I use the “power button” when I told her no one’s TVs worked."

The agent, Kyle, in PIT told me not to worry about my connecting flight “that all flights were delayed.” That was a lie. My connecting flight to JFK went out on time and I missed it by 20-30mins. The “Just ask Me” desk, set me up with another’s flight to a different airport LAG. I’m sitting in the airport waiting to board a flight who’s door close at 11:15am and everyone is still sitting here at 11:05am."

Pros: "Onky 1 flight attendant did a wonderful job seeing to everyone's safety & needs in a courteous way with a beautiful smile. Plane was delayed due to weather & she handed out water as we sat in the plane waiting for the storm to pass. When finally off the ground she managed to serve drinks to all & pass out an assortment of goodies from which we could choose. Southwest simply gave out pretzels on one trip & peanuts on another. Thanks for the selection Jet Blue! She did all this single handedly during a pretty quick flight."
Cons: "The terminal had very limited area for device recharging at a charging car so we had to stand if we wanted to use our devices while charging. And there were not enough plugs / ports for all who needed to recharge. The overhead storage was pretty tight too, I really had to turn & shove my small-ish luggage into place."

Cons: "Flight was changed 2 hours earlier. The closed the flight early, so we could not check our bags and they did absolutely nothing to help us get through security faster. We missed the flight by 2 minutes after being delayed by TSA and had to rebook. While the JetBlue employees were minimally nice about it, JetBlue was disappointing, to say the most, at how everything was handled. I will certainly think twice about booking with JetBlue in the future."
Pros: "Despite a 2 hour layover, upon arrival to NYC it took over one hour to retrieve our luggage. The connection with the affiliated airline Jet Blue was at a different terminal with no easy transport requiring a long walk and leading to a missed connection. We had to stay another 4 hours in NYC after a 14 hour flight with no further compensation from either company"

Cons: "After flying all night from EZE to ATL the flight to JAX was delayed multiple times until DL changed aircraft. We were exhausted and ended up arriving hours late. The gate agent said we shouldn't take an earlier offered flight if we wanted to collect our luggage when we arrived because the luggage would stay with our original flight, yet it was already in JAX when we arrived. They lied."

Went to the restroom and when I came back maybe five minutes later he closes the gate doors as he sees me walking back. Long story short, I missed my flight and they refused to put me on another. Even after I offered to pay for a new one. He claimed my card was declined which was impossible given that I had bought some items at the snack bar and opened my bank app to verify. even as I try to keep calm they stand there and laugh in my face. It was the worst experience ever. Never flying Delta again."

I am a 71 years old woman and I was never treated the way the attendant treated me"

After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."

Pros: "I fly this airline airline quite a bit because I have family in the mountains of North Carolina. I have never had a problem with them, I fly out of Fort Lauderdale to Asheville, it's a quick one and a half hour flight. The flight crew is always professional and courteous."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed 4-5 times before it was cancelled all together and rescheduled for the following day. I lost over $200 in hotel charges and valuable time with family. A 3 day trip was decreased to a 2 day trip. Extremely disappointed. After sharing our experience with others we heard the same thing happened them."

Friend of ours seat was switched also and instead of him sitting next to his wife he sat next to a person who did not have an assigned seat he was extremely large and he was hanging off The seat into the aisle I noticed an empty seat and had to ask the stewardess if he could switch seats instead of the stewardess offering on her own. The flight out was delayed approximately one hour various mechanics coming on and off plane until finally we were able to leave."

(she was miserable). then she printed our a boarding pass without seat assignment. we then had to go to gate agent who told us we had to wait a couple of minutes. we returned to the gate agent who again said we had to wait .(she was miserable too!!) all the while, for 2 days, we thought of that poor man assaulted on the united flight as they forced him out of his seat and off the plane. was this going to happen to us??? we sat and watched many many crew members board, crew that did not work on the flight. finally we were given out boarding pass with a seat assignment . HATE UNITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Cons: "Flight UA 6270 was initially delayed due to incoming plane delayed for weather. After boarding 2 planes at IAD, we were told after 5 + hrs that the flight to JAX was cancelled. UA Customer Service Agent was slow and not well trained. Other passengers were easily and promptly placed on other flights (UA & other airlines)...we were told that the next available UA flight from IAD to JAX was more than 24 hrs wait. Eventually placed on a UA Flt to CLT at 11 PM. Upon arrival in CLT, we asked the gate Agent for assistance on a Voucher because we had to stay overnight in CLT...we were told that the IAD Agent did not designate us as eligible for a voucher and yet, people next to us flying coach were given a voucher. The Gentleman Agent at our arrival gate was trying to help us but his Madam Supervisor was arrogant and unwilling to help. In an exasperated tone, I asked both individuals if flying First Class would help us get a voucher and her arrogant answer was "do you want me to call the police?" Obviously we left for our Marriott Hotel which was a wonderful customer service experience. Plus our UA Flt from IAD to CLT placed us in Coach (is a refund coming???) We paid for 1st Class for our 12/22 flight and our 12/26 flight. After 3 hrs in a Marriott in CLT we took an AA Flt from CLT to JAX. Also, the UA communication on the status of our baggage was unclear and misleading. Plan to fly American or Delta for future travel."
