Flight got delayed; had to go through security three times.
Seats were awful. Media should have been included for such a long flight.
A lot things happened in this trip.The fly should be less stress.
There should be a warning regarding the quality of the aircraft on the website as we reserve the tickets. There was no TV or any type of screen onboard. The wifi they offer is good for nothing. Traveling 9 hours straight with kids and no type of entetainment was horrible. I wish I had been informed prior so I could buy a ticket with another airline. The food was a joke too. A very tiny portion per passenger. They also charged $100 per checked bag. With United I used to pay $60. So, fair to say that I wont be flying Copa anymore. Their aircraft was super old, outdated, no entertainment, with nearly no onboard food.
I always enjoy flying Copa. There are very few airlines where I can enjoy a comfortable sleep in-flight. The snacks weren't the best, but they sufficed. The in-flight entertainment was fantastic, and I crossed another movie off my watch list.
Very strict carry on rules meant most of the plane had to gate check their luggage. As is often the case had things that were broken because of this, but I appreciated not being charged to gate check. Otherwise good flight and great crew once on the plane
Some of the Air hostesses are not that friendly. Need improvement
Simply as follows:- First, there was no vegetarian option for the meal Second, only 2 washrooms for the entire economy class.
We had a great flight just wished they had a tv so we can see a movie that would of made my trip excellent.

The travel company that you have on your site did me so wrong. I don’t know how it happened, but they put my son‘s name on my plane ticket flying to Vietnam. Along with his birthday. They would not have let me fly from Fort Myers to Ho Chi Minh City. I don’t think that I can ever use your service again. I typed my information into the browser along with my passport number and four days before I’m leaving I have to quickly search another ticket to fly out here.
Seats are uncomfortable. This has been a trend in the industry for decades. Trying to fit more seats on each plane to increase profits at the expense of the passenger.
The flight was delayed so we were dead tired, and after that the turbulence was horrible. I was very scared.
It was okay, the food was good, but after the landing there was not enough time for luggage and security to catch a connection. It was crowded on board.

Good flight. Efficient boarding and competent flight crew. No problems until we arrived at our destination gate. We were early so there was an aircraft at the gate that had to move before we could pull in. Then, due to the type of aircraft we flew, the cabin door could not be opened until some luggage from the cargo bay was offloaded to preserve center of gravity characteristics. So, that further delayed deplaning. Despite being 20 minutes early on landing, we ended up being 5 to 10 minutes late after all the delays.
It was amazing. I had several upgraded seats on my flight out. Everything went smooth with no delays.
They never clean the toilet, and the food is worse

There was no WiFi available, there were mechanical problems with the plane and we landed at C 124, then the gate was switched to A 26, then all the way back to C126! For a 75 yo woman traveling alone, this was a difficult journey, indeed!
Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.
Flight delay for mechanical. Inbound arrived on time. No one said why mechanical delay.
It was a train wreck but on an airplane. First off, flight was delayed then we board only to hear two announcements, First weather delays in Orlando and second backup battery warning on emergency lights. After sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours they have us deplane due to the maintenance issue. We were told they were getting another plane. In the mean time, I notice another American- Orlando flight and ask the gate agent if I can switch. He says he cant help me and I'd have to walk to A13 from A37. Really!? I get down there and get a seat only to get an announcement my original flight was RE-boarding. The Then inflight there's no communication and I notice on flightaware were circling over the Gulf of America. I call the flight attendant and of course she has no clue and apparently 5m later the pilot finally tells us about another delay. Why does American always have these service and delay issues? They are my LAST choice in flights now!

Flight to Tampa was delayed taking off due to plane arriving late but no other issues
We were delayed and due to lateness we were traveling from 11pm we were rerouted to FLL and couldnt deplane but stayed on the plane with no extra Service given (extra good options etc$ there Were so many things that could go wrong and did. This was not an enjoyable experience at all thoroughly exhausting
We missed our flight and got stranded in Miami where we had to rent a hotel we could not afford. they would not work with us because they said it was weather related even though the gate attendant said it was not. I could go on but trying to get satisfaction has wore me down, which I believe is the intent. My only solution is to never fly AA again.
The flight was really crowded. Flight attendants were just ok.
Didn't get a seat assignment until the last minute even though i picked a seat.
Flight was on time and the meal and service were good.
Overall, it was nice. My only complaint was that I purchased WiFi, and it only worked for a fraction of the flight. Everything else was great
Terrible. The flight was randomly delayed in Chicago causing us to miss our connection and they offered us a flight the next day at 6 am and it would have taken till 345 to get to Pensacola. They didn’t cover any fees. Our bags also supposedly were on the flight to Pensacola and we tried to get them yesterday after driving 6 hours and nobody was available. Worst company ever and will never use them again. Had to pay for a rental. Spirit is claiming in climate weather for the delay but there wasn’t any weather issuesz it’s a bunch of bullshit and I am not happy
bought basic spirit fares, add checked bags - like the up front info on website about this. bring your own snacks, buy a soda after TSA security to bring with you, or buy on the plane (limited selection) all in all, a good experience
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.
charging $3 for really bad and cold coffee on airplane flight is ridiculous.
Checking in and getting to gate fast and leasy at Laguardia airport. There is no entertainment on the plane and food was for purchase. Great experience flying with spirit

Got surprised by passing an additional fee when selecting seats. No snack or drink offered. Will never use spirit again.
Went as planned. No wifi included and no screens. No free snacks. Didn't buy food so can't rate that. Unable to charge devices on plane. Staff were friendly and flight was fast, cheap and convenient.
