Courteous crew and effective service on-board. Good leg room. Areas for improvement: 1. Limited menu meal menu options. During checking there was no means provided to select meal option. On our return flight the first meal had Pork and Beef options only. Fortunately the second meal had Chicken as an option. Otherwise we would have gone without meal through 13+ hrs of journey, 2. Limited choice and very limited number of movies and TV shows.
I booked this airline twice. The first time, they cancelled the flight due to destination weather condition but without offering any optional flight but only a cancelation notice sent via SMS. I had no choice but to re-book United airline with the same travel date and destination. (no impact on the weather condition Air Premia claimed) The second time, my husband missed the flight due to local traffic in Seoul. Normally, all major airline would helped you to re-book the same flight next day with changing fee only. But Air Premia offered nothing and only requested my husband to re-book a full price ticket.
Don't splurge for the Premium Wide Economy. They compare it to business class. This is not business class, and the seats are very uncomfortable.
For the second meal, the different food choices ran out both times so we were only offered one.
The crews were friendly, professional and courteous. Checking in was easy and smooth. The best part is, as we all know, the price.
Food quality is poor. Flight attendants are very friendly and professional.
As it's a budget airline it's pretty basic. But the quality of crew and plane is excellent.
Maybe the reimbursement voucher should have been larger than a 10k won. That voucher is only for refreshments. The flight was delayed or pushed to more than 5 hours. It should be more than just 10k won and it was already past midnight. Some people or passengers like who was already there 5 hours prior to the original flight departure. 4pm** That was the only unfortunate thing about it . Other than that it was good .
5 hour delay, therefore, middle of the night arrival doesn’t help.
Check-in was an absolute disaster, taking more than an hour and half because they offered no online check-in and Kiosks were not available to use. In-flight entertainment was exclusively Korean media with a selection of only 5 or 6 movies to choose from. Korean television shows were also available. The food was lackluster. My chicken and tomatoes had 3 small pieces of chicken next to a mountain of soggy wedge potato fries. The seats were more comfortable than other airlines I’ve flown with and the staff aboard was extremely pleasant and helpful.

During the flight, the only refreshments provided were crackers and soft drinks; no substantial food was offered despite the international route. Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta. The airline did not hold the connection, and we were informed that the next available flight is not for another 24 hours. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for us as a resident of New Jersey.
I was happy that I was able to get a last minute flight but unfortunately my seat was a middle seat. Even with Delta Comfort I wasn't comfortable

Boarding was easy. Gate agent was great! I have flown at this time before and they always make the announcement that the overhead bins are already full or my carry on is subject to plane-side tagging. Never fails. A bigger plane with more overhead space would be better. Overall a great flight
Boarding was a complete mess. The whole system went down. People got wrong seat for the first half an hour.
First time flying business class. Very comfortable for our long flight to Europe.
Sitting in coach even in the larger leg space is extremely uncomfortable and the staff pay no attention.
Boarding time was delayed in more than two hours. Then another hour on the ground before take off. Wi-fi was not working throughout the flight. Business class in even rows by the window are not so comfortable. And space for feet always feel tight. Had a meeting in New York early the following day with multiple people and had to request a delayed start.

Compared to our Lufthansa flight out, it was pretty poor. Check-in was a nightmare trying to figure out if it was Lufthansa or United, the Kayak link kept sending us to a dead link with United. Then figuring out which code was United was a mess - it took way too long. On the flight, the seats were uncomfortable, they were out of all wines but red when the flight started, then out of red after the first beverage. The flight attendant said they never get restocked before they turn around to the US, so it happens all the time. The food was so bad we threw it away. For a long flight, it was pretty terrible.
There was a little turbulence taking off and landing but mostly it was too late for me to make my connecting flight to Greensboro. Everything else was excellent.
