Boarding was delayed by one hour because cleaning and catering crews did not board the plane in time. Take off was delayed for another 40 minutes because of "rush hour scheduling". Vague descriptiion. My in-flight entertainment system was stuck initializing. The flight attendant indicated that they could not reset it without resetting everyone's system. Overall, a miserable experience.

Seats had no charging ports. Our plane was rerouted to Boston and we were landed on the tarmac with no food or water for 3 hours (illegal). We then waited in the airport for 3 hours while staff had no information regarding where our bags were or when we were going to get them.

Very poor communications during flight. Our flight was diverted with no communication. We waited for hours in the terminal for word on how we would get to Newark No chargers on the plane Won’t be flying them again

This is a terrible airline. Never again. We got diverted for weather and are sitting on the tarmac now for hours. No updates. No water. No food. This is insane.

Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments

Better leg room than expected in economy. Nice crew. Adequate bathrooms. Seat cushions a little thin, but recline well and have adjustable headrests. Best value. Liked having nonstop from ORD to Lisbon.

Let’s be honest. You know you are boarding a flight where the seats don’t recline and you need to pay double the price for bread, gin and water. But beware, they test your tolerance to torture pre boarding. They call all British passport holders. Then tag cabin luggage to be checked. And the ground staff pretend not to know what is happening and just says - please ask the other staff.
