Very efficient. Economy is what economy is. Wish it had been direct. Excellent setup in Newark for commuters and access to charging stations and wifi Flight could’ve had free wifi

The WiFi went out an hour before the flight was due to land so I did not get my money's worth.

A couple flight attendants in business class had bad attitudes and provided poor service. They did provide drinks or refill drinks. They talked to certain passengers for long periods of time and ignored others.

The experience was good overall; however, my United Airlines Mileage Plus Account didn't reflect my flights to Houston from Newark. In essence, my mileage rewards points do not reflect my actual travel. This should be corrected.

Business class bed was nothing special, food was not good, screen on entertainment system was relatively small, amenity kit below average. Overall United’s business class was nothing special.

Flight delayed over an hour with plane on runway because of weather in an area of the country we were not in or flying to.

The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious

The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.

United rejected my seat assignment that i selected when purchasing my seat 3 months in advance and therefore i ended up in the secondary business cabin in a middle pod. I had intentionally purchased my ticket early to secure a front end pod. I spoke to United via DTravel twice in the week leading up to my trip and they assurred me that they would fix my seat assignment and never did. The crew on board was pretty non-existent throughout the flight and seemed frustrated any time i went and found someone in the galley to ask for a snack or water. that was disappointing given the amount paid for the ticket. Overall, it was just fine and i arrived safely but i did send a complaint through the customer care portal.

My flight was cancelled and United Airlines could not rebook or help. My whole trip was then cancelled and I could not go to the funeral I needed to get to.
