The car itself was fine. The non existant pick up at the airport with no response from any number listed for them, after an hour and a half I hired a cab (they refused to reiemburse me) to get to a locked gate. The guard finally let me in to find their location at the back of the lot. The basic insurance is included (on the internet add) turned out to be false. The cost was $350 for the car and over $900 for the insurance, nowhere in the adds does it state anything about this cost I feel they rate right up there with phone scammers. Be Ware! The people we interacted with once we found their location were polite and pleasant the only thing is they are peddaling a scam.Reviewed Feb 17 2024

Cons:The car rental company did not have the car I reserved and ended up renting me a different car at a higher cost. The agent said this happens all the time. Should have just reserved a car at a bigger company that's more trust worthy.Reviewed Mar 28 2021
