I did not like the fact that they didn’t honor the rate that I was given in my original reservation and they tried to obligate me to pay for liability insurance even though I provided evidence that my personal auto insurance covered liability. I overall had a decent experience but the pickup in las Vegas was not good. I had to wait a 35 minutes to get a car I had reserved for a 2pm pickup when it was 3pm. They did not tell me why I was waiting until I asked. Did not apologize for the wait or offer anything for the wait. Vegas pickup made what would have been good experience bad.Reviewed Jun 22 2026

I rent from the Ace counter at TPA fairly often, and they have it down to a science. The price is amazing, i am in and out fairly quickly, and the cars are clean and in good condition. I had accidentally made two different reservations for the same dates, and when I realized they had processed the more expensive one, the desk agent helped me switch to the better priced one.
