Not good - I selected a car with unlimited miles. The person at the counter told me it was one hundred miles per day. Unlimited miles was another $207.87 I was also told sunpass was an additional $207.87 I said I have my own account he said it was a Florida law. I went on line to check and that was not what I read. Very poor service. I was given the wrong address for picking the car up so had to take multiple Ubers to and from the airport, hotel, etc. to get the car. Also, my flight home was delayed so I needed the car an extra couple of hours and they charged me $100 for that. Lots of hidden fees too that I wasn't in the mood to argue with them about. Apparently advantage at MCO ceased doing business the weekend prior to my rental. And offloaded reservations to Zezgo rental cars. So the pickup instructions were wrong. It was in a different location. Even further away. Upon arrival. It was lined up out the door. Two people working the counters. The several interactions I watched lacked professionalism. After 25 minutes, I decided it wasn’t worth the effort. And departed. Be advised. Any monetary savings that might be perceived with renting from This company is not worth the time, effort and the inconvenience.Reviewed Jun 28 2025

They were trying hard to sell the add ons and were misleading. They stated “so you want to bring the car back on empty” or “so you want limited coverage or full coverage”. Never giving the option of returning it with a full tank of gas or no coverage. It felt like it was a trap.Reviewed Nov 7 2024
