Our kids seats were strapped into the center seat of a Pacifica and we found it not latched properly. Ace was notified. Gave 1 day off bill which we were not satisfied. If in an accident it could have seriously injured us all or killed.Reviewed Mar 29 2024

The tire was flat before I took it off the lot. But I had no idea how flat until I was out of the lot and driving away, as is proven in the pics I included of the dashboard alerts in my dispute with them. I was late to pick up my wife from the airport. At no time during the exchange- on the two phone calls I had relaying that the tire had been flat, or when I exchanged it, or even when I dropped the second car off- was I ever* told I would be paying for the inconvenience of being given a car with a flat tire. I had to put on a donut and drive the car half an hour back to Ace to get it exchanged, and then I’m surprised to be charged for that as well.Reviewed Mar 27 2024

Ace refused to rent us the car after they learned we would be driving out of the State (and returning at the same location). That is an important condition; it would be good to know *earlier* in the rental reservation, not at the last minute. The car was great. Offsite service was good. Checking in at pickup was a little cumbersome, lots of questions. The only real downside was lots of fees and taxes that increased the price by 30% from the posted price. Note, it was still less than the onsite airport rentals, but more transparency upfront would be appreciated. Overall, smooth service, great vehicle and reasonable price.Reviewed Dec 13 2023

I recently rented a car from Ace car rental orlando airport during my trip to Orlando and, unfortunately, I must report that my experience was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I learned that the rental place was a 10-minute shuttle ride from the airport. This wouldn't have been an issue if not for the rental shuttle service. The driver was notably rude and seemed to have a limited understanding of English, which made communication frustratingly difficult. This was the first red flag that hinted at the service quality I was about to receive.The process at the rental office didn't improve things. Despite explaining that my basic insurance was already covered through my credit card, I was coerced into taking additional insurance Speaking of the booking, the total cost of the rental was another major point of contention. The amount I ended up paying was more than double the price I had initially signed up for on their website. This lack of transparency in pricing was not only misleading but also put a significant dent in my travel budget.Had I been made aware of these issues – the poor shuttle service, the aggressive upselling of insurance, and the misleading pricing – I could have made a more informed decision and likely chosen a different company for my car rental needs.In summary, my experience with Ace car rental orlando airport was far from pleasant, highlighted by poor customer service and a lack of transparency.
