Literally a 2hr wait/line up upon arrival to Orlando airport. Upsell, Upsell, Upsell once arrival at desk very awkward and uncomfortable. Will absolutely pay the additional costs associated with a non-budget agency such as enterprise etc.. next time.Reviewed May 18 2023

I was pleased with the vehicle and the drop off was great. The pickup lineup was completely unreasonable and unfair to customers. They new the volume of sales and didn't staff accordingly. Not good customer service.Reviewed Apr 28 2023

The pickup process in PBI for my rental was nothing short of the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car and cost us half a day of our vacation defeating the whole purpose of taking an early morning (before 7AM) flight. Thrifty failed at every step to deliver anything close to an acceptable level of service and I will never be using them for a car rental again after this unmitigated disaster!Reviewed Apr 23 2023

No cars available in our terminal, sent to other side of airport only to be sent to another desk. Line at desk took over 1 hour. Sent to another line for pickup. Finally got a car and drove out of garage only to have the front wheel thumping and steering wheel shaking. Drove right back in to exchange for another car. Even this car would shake at highway speed. Pickup took 3 hours total. Bad start to our Orlando vacation.Reviewed Apr 13 2023

Positives: The second vehicle provided was nice. The return process was smooth. The price was cheap. Negatives: The pick-up process was a complete disaster. Waited over 2 hours after a flight to get a rental, when I pre-purchased. There was no Kiosk process available. It was frustrating watching all other company's having a smooth process. After 2 hours, I was given a rental, a Jeep, which didn't fit my requested seats needed. However, I just wanted to get out of the airport, with two kids. As we waited 15 minutes in line at the garage, we finally got to the exit gate. The nice lady at the gate asked for our keys and scanned a ticket. She then disclosed the bad news that the vehicle we were given is in need of service. We were instructed to pull out and pull back into the rental garage for a new vehicle. At this point, I explained my dissatisfaction with another worker. He provided us with a second rental, a ford SUV. After 35 more minutes of waiting, we exited the parking garage at MCO airport. The original car given to me was not what I had reserved plus it was dirty inside and out plus it did not have almost any gasoline. After two days I changed in another Orlando location a very nice car.Reviewed Apr 7 2023

Car was never serviced, return agent said well past due. Car was filthy and agent pulled bate and switch siting vehicle booked is not carried by thrifty , when we went outside sitting right there for rentalReviewed Mar 18 2023
