Price quoted was not the price at the location. Additional undisclosed insurance fees that they added on.Reviewed Sep 22 2026

I was charged more than what I reserved it for online. Didn't have the car I requested and gave me a car that had multiple issues.Reviewed Jul 30 2026

I drove an hour away, I parked the car. I came back to the car it wouldn’t start. I had to leave it to go to an appointment in the meantime, roadside service came and said that it had the wrong battery. There were a lot of other things, mandatory tolls, I bought extra miles, then the rental, and mandatory insurance. I got no relief no refund no grace. I should’ve rented with Hertz. Just messing around with the shuttle was a pain in the a**.Reviewed Apr 20 2026

Not good - I selected a car with unlimited miles. The person at the counter told me it was one hundred miles per day. Unlimited miles was another $207.87 I was also told sunpass was an additional $207.87 I said I have my own account he said it was a Florida law. I went on line to check and that was not what I read. I had to pay a lot of extra money I was not planning on.Reviewed Mar 20 2026

Scam- advertised a cheap price and ended up a higher price than better-known companies. Also can only pick up and drop off at one place - theirs. DO NOT USEReviewed Feb 9 2026

Very poor service. I was given the wrong address for picking the car up so had to take multiple Ubers to and from the airport, hotel, etc. to get the car. Also, my flight home was delayed so I needed the car an extra couple of hours and they charged me $100 for that. Lots of hidden fees too that I wasn't in the mood to argue with them about. Just a horrible experience with them, but the car was fine at least.Reviewed Oct 4 2025

Apparently advantage at MCO ceased doing business the weekend prior to my rental. And offloaded reservations to Zezgo rental cars. So the pickup instructions were wrong. It was in a different location. Even further away. Upon arrival. It was lined up out the door. Two people working the counters. The several interactions I watched lacked professionalism. After 25 minutes, I decided it wasn’t worth the effort. And departed. Be advised. Any monetary savings that might be perceived with renting from This company is not worth the time, effort and the inconvenience.Reviewed Jun 28 2025

Our rental was not available as they were putting us in a smaller vehicle with matching their rate. Then finally got a minivan. Returned early with Amy adjustment to price and very rude.Reviewed Jan 2 2025
