It cost us 900$ more than what we already paid, picking up the car it took 1h. With 2 small childrens after a day of transportation it was a lot. We didn't even get the car we asked for, so it was a lot smaller and it made it uncomfortable. It wasn't clear at all that te pick up wasn't at the airport so it took us a lot of time and stress to find the shuttle and get to rental office. I will never book again that kind of rental, it was missing a lot of informations. Really disappointed.Reviewed Feb 19 2026

TERRIBLE. I arrived at MCO at 10:00pm, Waited for the shuttle to take me to the rental’s office but they never came. At 10:39pm I called the office about three times, no answer. I was left stranded. I decided to rent another car and leave the matter for the next day. The following day I called the office, spoke to a very rude lady who said that if I wasnt at the office by 11pm the night before, it was considered a no-show, so no refund. She hung up. NEVER AGAIN shall I rent from them and KAYAK should remove them from your list of options.Reviewed Feb 11 2026

Several "hidden" charges that push the rental price to more than double, almost triple the shown price when booking online. Booked the car for about $135 for 5 days, but at the counter wound up with another $235 in charges for insurance protections. Lots of threatening language about liability. This place is horrible. It is an absolute zoo. It took almost 2 hours to pick up the car even though there were only 6 people in front of me. The employees are rude, slow and very unprofessional. It was easily the worst car rental experience I have ever had. They tacked on an extra “fee” for unlimited mileage that was not in the original quote and just said it was their policy. And when I finally got the car it was filthy and completely out of gas. I’m surprised I had enough gas to get to a gas station. The sales representative was pushing for unnecessary insurance and made false and misleading statements to pressure me into purchasing additional coverage despite my existing insurance. He also incorrectly claimed that an out-of-state EZ-pass would not work, which it does. A friend of mine mentioned they experienced a similar issue with this company.Reviewed Aug 7 2024
