this was our first time with FOX and renting through KAYAK so we were prepared for the rest, however, the experience was AMAZING and so easy! Pick up from the airport was seamless, the pick up from the rental place was SUPER FAST & EASY!!! We will DEF be future renters with FOX and FOX only!Reviewed Dec 19 2023

Terrible, I would never recommend it. They givie a rate, and then charge you whatever they can extra. In this case was a Platepass cgarge for $12.99 per rental day, if you try to disregard it the become aggressive and rude and trheat you with a 15$ penalty for every single toll you go trough. Cars have high mileage and noises, needed to go to exchange the first car they gave me.Reviewed Nov 13 2023

I got a rental for one week while My Car was in the shop. The first ride till I got the tire fell off the rim… they charged me almost $600 for that. They also made me file a claim with my insurance. I got the next rental and it needed a serious oil change to the point where it stalled on me while driving. Took the tow company almost 6 hours to get to me, very disappointedReviewed Oct 6 2023

The only complaint I have about the rental we got was that the wiper blades were awful & it rained every day we were there. Other then that, the car did it's job. The pick up & drop off were easy. The shuttle to & from the airport was fine. But, beware of the price. When it was all said & done, ot cost me double my quoted price with all the extras & service this & thats. The rental for the week cost more than my hotel! Sort of a rip off, but we needed a vehicle.Reviewed Jul 7 2021

Pros:Staff lied to my face multiple times. Told me I was required to buy their insurance as well as their toll road pass. I pushed back for maybe 30 minutes saying it didn’t sound right and I didn’t want to. They wouldn’t let me finalize my paperwork without agreeing to it.Cons:Go somewhere else. This place is a classic bait and switch. Low money up front to book rental, then they get you with all kind of fees and charges on the backend.Reviewed May 30 2021
