I had rented a car the day before. Then I went there the next day. They told me, “Sorry, we tried to contact you. Unfortunately, we don’t have the car.” It was a really long trip. And I didn’t get any email from them. Nothing at all. They barely even tried to contact me. And Uber prices in Los Angeles are expensive.Reviewed Jun 21 2025

Cons:The car was not satisfactory. I did not receive the type of car I paid for (BMW 3 series) or given suitable substitute. The car I was given ran poorly and had the check engine light illuminated. Under anything more than delicate acceleration the car barely ran and a “wrench” alert was displayed. Not satisfied!!Reviewed Mar 15 2021
