TERRIBLE SERVICECons:Terrible customer service and rates. They were out of economy cars so they gave us a suv but charged us for the suv at a rate of 90/day! My reservation was for 10/day. They wouldnt match better prices even when I showed them my reservation on my phone or showed them better deals via expedia and kayak. Never again.Reviewed Apr 27 2017

Pros:Car had just been washed. Greeting was professional as was the drop off. Both people had upbeat attitudes and a pleasure to work with. The car was great, even though I wouldn't typically choose this small type of car.Reviewed Mar 6 2017

Change of plansPros:Enterprise was nice to us when we had to cut our trip short to go home 1/4 way into our trip for the funeral of my sister. They refunded most of the charge and treated us fairly when we returned the car to Burbank rather than Sacramento.Cons:The car rental places at Burbank are a long walk from the airport entrances.Reviewed Feb 20 2017

Cons:I requested a pick at LAX and it gave me one at Burbank (45 minutes away). I was forced to make other arrangements when I realized this. It was a disaster and enormous amount of time and $60 worth of taxi fees + whatever I paid for the reservation.Reviewed Nov 19 2016

The people helping me were great it was very easyPros:This was very easy and the car was perfect for what I neededCons:Know it can't be changed but the location of Enterprise at Bob Hope airport was very very far from the main doors of the airport. Since this location was sooo far, a shuttle to the airport would have been very nice. I had knee replacement last December and it wad a long difficult walk to get to the import after I dropped off the car. I might consider another option next time because of this.
