Cons: There were no cars there. There was no attendant. Desk person knew this and didn't say anything. After searching, back to desk and told manager would be called. No response. Directed to Enterprise, who stated it would be 90min-2 hours.
Pros: Staff was very helpful in Kenner and having the early morning key drop-off in Jackson was perfect.
Cons: Nothing could have gone better.

Cons: As i was driving car out of lot, was asked if car had any damage. I felt like they should know if car had damage and that was a difficult time for me to get out of the car and check, especially in dimly lit parking garage.
Cons: The car we were given had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We only drive to our hotel and back to the rental car agency. We did not fill the tank before dropping off. They were great at drop off because we somehow locked the keys in the car and they were amazing to help us!
Pros: Front desk staff was nice.
Cons: Tire kept losing pressure. No one was in garage late at night to help identify which car was in our class. Price was not great for what we got. Probably will not rent from again.
