Pros: Got a van! The team there was very friendly and very helpful. I'd go back there just to deal with them.

Cons: Renting a van brought me way out to the airport. I was staying on the cusp between the French Quarter and Downtown, and none of the nearby Enterprises had the van that I need.

A great car and service

Pros: We loved our experience with Enterprise. The car was new - 5000 miles on it, very clean and comfortable. The check in/out experience was smooth, no waiting, no lines. Price was very reasonable.

Bait and switch

Pros: They offered me bottled water and the rep was nice.

Cons: The car I chose online was a small SUV. When I got there they tried to give me a economy class small car. They said for the price I paid they got to choose the car I drove. I had to pay $10 more per day for the SUV i originally ordered. Bait and switch. I'll never use Kayak again.

Cons: The one way fee was more than the 12 day rental. That doesn't seem right.

Pros: Rented same day, no hassle, friendly, lower cost, told I could drop off to any location in city in which I had booked drop-off (not same as pick-up)

Cons: Desk seemingly unaware of booking, pickup felt slightly hurried, discount not applied at pickup and no clear instructions to receive it (though it did show up at final cost on card).

Attempted overcharge

Pros: Quick turnover.

Cons: The attendant attempted to charge me for fuel when I had left the car with the correct fuel level. If i hadnt checked my receipt this oversight would not have been caught.

Pros: Great car, all of the Enterprise people were kind and courteous.

Cons: Enterprise does not allow you to drop the car off at the Gulfport airport only at an off-site location. No one told me this when I picked up the car so I wasted a lot of time going to the airport, only to find that I needed to drive off site and wait for a shuttle.
