Pros: I liked that it was filled up when I picked it up and that we got excellent gas mileage. All of the employees that I worked with were very kind and helpful as well.

Pros: Ease of getting and returning the car, it was clean and had lots of storage/cup holders, back windows were tinted!
Cons: no USB connection, vehicle was too large/uncomfortable for me (my mistake), manual key didn't work to get in and that made me nerves should there be an electronic failure. Could have also been cheaper to borrow

Pros: This lady helped me as much as she could with an error that was made by the pickup place that cost me 75. Very thankful. Plus they moved quickly so I wasn't stuck in line.

Pros: easy and quick return, great car although confusing to drive at first, clean
Cons: High insurance fees, unexpected charges (CUST FAC Charge of $7.95/day), additional taxes and fees (energy recovery, 3% fee ?)

The car was dirty when I picked it up and smelled
Cons: The caress filthy when I picked it up with numerous big spots, mud spots, and filth. It had California license plates in a New Orleans airport pickup. I would think they would have washed it before the next person came in. The car also smelled so bad that when I got out of it my clothes smelled just like the car. If I did not rent the car because of a emergency situation, I would have asked for a full refund before I left. I will not be using budget again. It's definitely worth a few more dollars to go with another company that will give me a clean, fresh car when I'm renting.

Pros: I liked the staff in New Orleans . It did not take me long to get the car and go on my merry way.
Cons: The staff member in mentor has absolutely terrible communication skills and it seemed as if he had no idea of what he was doing. The checkout process took a total of 35 minutes. He will ruin the business.

Cons: The staff acted annoyed, nothing friendly about the interaction. Kept trying to up-sell a more expensive car. I refused. Then I got to the car and it smelled like nasty cigarettes.

Everything went as expected
Pros: I was in a pinch because Spirit canceled my flight and wanted to put me on the next flight - tomorrow. I ditched the Spirit line and booked a Budget car, one way. The car was better than what I would have gotten from Enterprise, the pickup and drop off went smooth, and the car satisfied.
Cons: I usually note deficiencies , in order to help the company in question. This time, I cannot think of anything I'd improve.

Cons: They had no reservation from Kayak for me, the price was double and Kayak car insurance company charged 36 dollars. When I called the insurance company. They refunded my money

Cons: I changed the name on the reservation to my girlfriend's and they wouldn't rent her the car citing credit reasons. Still confused as to why this happened. He credit score isn't great, but it isn't bad. They sent us to Hertz, but they were unable to provide us with anything.

Pros: It was new
Cons: My special needs niece ended up in the hospital, I needed the car for two more days, they charged me over $110 A DAY with not even a negotiation or help. These people disgust me. I will never rent from here again. I spoke with 3 agents none cared of tried to help, I was stuck in New Orleans in a hospital and when asked for a manager I was refused one because "they can't help you". NEVER EVER will I spend a dime with these people.

Pros: The car was a 2015 Ford Fusion with many extras! Very pleased! Friendly service. East return as well. Liked not having to return to airport. The Budget facility was 1 mile from my house.

Pros: Not a thing.
Cons: Everything Credit check declined my card and the lady refused to run it again after waiting an hour trying 3 different cards we left and went to national and had it taken care of in less than 5 mins. I will never use budget again.

Did the bait and switch to get me to upgrade
Cons: Showed me a picture of a tiny car to get me to upgrade yet the car my wife got who did not upgrade was almost the same as my upgrade car. Bait and switch

Pros: Friend who was going to pick us had a work commitment and left us with no other options. A taci was $65 for 2, and a rental car was $33. It was a no brainer, and that was for a one way rental too.

Pros: Couldn't fine the rate in their computer. Long delay in correction the fate. Charged me for insurance when I specifically declined. Went to clerk when I returned the car and she agreed that I had not a masked for insurance but was unable to do anything about it and suggested I call customer service when I returned to LA. Situation still not resolved
