The staff was friendly and quick to assist.

Cons:

The car was not cleaned or washed yet when I picked it. We waited for the car to be cleaned and washed. The wait was okay, but the cleaning process was rushed and not very thorough. Car windows still had water. I could still see some dirty marks on the exterior.

Cons:

They need actual wash the cars right & not just rinse them down fast, no vacuuming in the inside. I found trash that was left behind from the people who rented it before I did & oil life was low didn’t even bother checking it.

Customer service is the worst . Staff needs to be better trained and know what they offer and don’t offer every person I spoke to always told me something different giving wrong information

The gentleman could not be more impolite. We felt like not purchasing or renting something but like in a police station as a shop lifter. Simply; he could have been better. He did not even greet back.

Got the first car and it reeked of cigarette smoke, asked for a new vehicle and was given a new one, but it still had a smell(although much less obvious) of cigarette smoke. Other than that, good experience
